Read somewhere that 87% or so people cant pass a lie detector test if they're lying. the other 13 percent can pass all sorts of lie detector tests. I also think these people are sociopaths and lack emotions that make the LD tick when it detects a lie. same goes for the person administering the test. he wouldn't be able to get a good read on that persons body language.
In other words.... this guy is mostly full of it.
Gary Leon Ridgway (born February 18, 1949) is an American serial killer known as the Green River Killer. He was initially convicted of 48 separate murders and later confessed to nearly twice that number. As part of his plea bargain, an additional conviction was added, bringing the total number of convictions to 49. He murdered numerous women and girls in Washington State during the 1980s and 1990s. Most of his victims were alleged to be prostitutes. The press gave him his nickname after the first five victims were found in the Green River; his identity was not known.

Gary Ridgway, The Green River Killer passed a polygraph test. As I recall another individual did when he confessed even though he wasn't guilty.
I hope you know about Ridgway, but if not here

Granted, he wasn't the sharpest spoon in the dryer, and was *ahem* possibly disturbed, but there is a reason polygraphs are not admissible in court...edit on 28-10-2013 by Domo1 because: (no reason given)
