The nature of this republic is based upon principles of democracy. And when a small group of legislatures willfully obstructs the duly elected government they should cease and desist or be arrested, legally removed from office for high crimes and misdemeanors and then allow the duly elected government to continue its lawfully authorized purpose as for which they were elected by the people.

The opening of the United States Declaration of Independence, written by Thomas Jefferson in 1776, states as follows:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

When a small group of legislators willfully obstructs 'the will of the people' proven and tested by legal elections and tries to give greater rights to a small group over the rights of the rest they are guilty of treason and represent more of a threat to the republic than that of terrorists and should be considered enemies of the people and the state so duly elected by the people.

In the elections of 2012 the Republican Party lost in both popular votes and by states and this attempt to undo the election by extremists is nothing more than political extortion of the worst kind - in fact it could be considered treason.

What do you do when a group of legislators FORCE a program on its people that wasn't asked for, BY THE PEOPLE, a program that will bankrupt its people and country, and full of flaws?

I have said it before...but this all started when Obama said he wanted to delay the final roll out of ACA until after 2015. In that same speech he called ACA "Obamacare", which I found somewhat odd.

The rhetoric then turned to, "That's unconstitutional, you have to roll it out"

Fast forward past various lobs and volleys, and here we are today.

On one side of this boat are the GOP oarsmen. The other side....the DNC oarsmen. They both paddled us here.

The solution is a political revolution. No one wants to die, least of all me. But I am all about getting every single Democrat and Republican out of office. I would rather let my local school board run the country, to be quite honest.

I served Honorably for 2 enlistments in the military, and more time as a govt contractor. My mother and father BOTH served and retired from the USAF.

My ONLY brother has been at Bagram for 4 years, and my mother also spent 3 years there (security).

My point is;

AMERICA can NOT get better! then ----------> ANOTHER 100 million third worlders will pour across!

Globalisation!... the billions of poor third worlders WILL CONTINUE TO MOOCH!

And my Scotish heritage goes back here in the USA to the 1600's, as the pictish were among the first purged from Britain.

YEs, I LOVE the REAL America and think there should be a priority list. Been here more than 10 generations, then you get more than an immigrant's kids EVER WILL..
