I'll be back in a bit. It seems this time around people are having a little more fun with some of the changes. However as I'm typing on my iPod to resolve the log in issues for the droid tablet. I chuckling to myself cause I got fat fingers.

In firefox I'm having issues uploading images.
I can select an image but the upload never happens.
The progress bar never moves.

and btw. the icons above the posting box on post.php page are all right next to each other. No spaces.
Is that on purpose?

A few pixels of space might be nice. They all seem to run together to my worsening eyes.

I think after selecting your files you need to hit the "Upload" button above the list. It is an additional step as compared to before. Give it a try and let us know.

Did you actually click the upload cloud, as discussed here?

Because users can select multiple files, you need to initiate the upload by clicking that.

I can see the stars on everyone's replies, but I can not see my own.

How do you see how many stars your own individual posts garner within the thread?

I can not see the stars on any of my posts, regardless of the forum, but everyone else's are visible.


Also, how do I change the bb coding to properly apply colors in my signature?

It seems like other member accounts are displaying the signature colors properly, but mine is a mess!

For me, it opens the link in the browser tab from which "Live" was originally called. Check your browser tabs to see if the thread is opening somewhere you are not looking.

When you click on LIVE it opens a pop out window, the thread you click should be in the initial window, it works for me, but the link you provided for 'LIVE' went to it's own full screen window instead of the small pop out when I click on LIVE on mine.

Perhaps it is your pop out window settings?

This is how it looks like on mine, if it helps, and it doesn't have a horizontal scroll bar. Is your setting at desktop or mobile, maybe that would affect how it shows on your screen?

The browser is AOL UK, Windows XP-Pro VR. Using a FujitsuSiemens PC.

There's no way I can test for that.

The XP was already installed on the computer when bought new, there's nowt I can do about that

Through the testing I did use the Mozilla browser, which had it's own problems with login, in other words you were never logged in except for the home page, try to go anywhere else, and you were not logged in, as good as useless. There is other stuff, I used Google Chrome for a while on your last system, which worked very fast on Chrome, but in every case it used hypertext in blue Sapphire on anything that might be considered a keyword, should that have been in a post or a reply box or whatever, which was a PITA. Maybe XP was singularly picking up on that, I don't know, but the link was there. I never heard anyone else mention that here on the old system. That's all I can say, maybe you have some inkling.

Are you using it as the intended pop-up window? I'm not sure it will work otherwise as the intent is to leave it open, then clicked links open in the original browser window.

It's set on desktop...
normal settings on FF and Opera.

I guess it doesn't really lose any content -- I'll just live with it.
