Beaver Kills Man

Thought this was a joke before reading the story & watching the video. Evidently the beaver bit his femoral artery & his friends couldn't stop the bleeding.

holy crap, I clicked the thread cause I thought it was a joke.

People often forget that Wild animals are just that Wild, and even the smallest one can F@#$ up us weak humans.


ETA My friend was just telling me that Deer kill more people at national parks than anything else, crazy.

Wow thats crazy. I never knew they can be aggressive like that. But I guess the animal was protecting his area or himself.

That's it! I'm buying some pants from Duluth trading company!!

The beaver was walking away, thus giving the guy an opportunity to turn around and leave.

What does the guy do? He threatens the beaver by continuing to follow it. Wrong choice.




I think that some people get so involved with their camera, that they forget it is not actually a barrier.

They hate it to be filmed, it's like they would say: " Hey Big Brother not for me, get that camera out of my Face."

Personally, I don't think the beaver was being aggressive at all.

I think he was just being defensive.

#1 in Canada for animal/vehicle accidents anywhere. As for beavers we've know that danger for centuries.

Wow. Note to self: Run the other direction if you ever see a beaver in real life! Or like the saying goes, at least make sure you can outrun the person you're with... haha

It is kind of disturbing to me to know that guy had no idea he was just a few moments away from dying. Why anybody would want to mess with wild animals is beyond me.
