The man allowed death threats on air and didn't say a damn word about it. He actually agreed with them saying he should borrow his brother's uniform. Not only should he be thrown off air, but he should be brought up on charges based on conspiracy to commit murder as well as terroristic threats

I am sad to say this is a common misconception held by many here in the US. Notice that it does not state anywhere within these lines that only citizens of the US enjoy these freedoms in fact the right to free speech is considered god given which means every human being born unto this earth but this document and these words guarantee this right to anyone within our borders regardless of nationality.

I want Piers Morgan OFF AIR because he agreed with death threats made towards Alex Jones and his FAMILY! That is not FREEDOM OF SPEECH! He also sat there and belittled our constitution "your little book" while slamming it on the desk. Complete and total disrespect. Americans need to demand this man be taken off American tv.

As to Alex Jones, Fear mongering is only FEAR MONGERING when it isn't true. You can't be charged with yelling FIRE in a theater if there is actually a FIRE IN THE DAMN THEATER!

So the UK has FREE SPEECH then? Is that why you're locked up for being racist or offensive? A threat is a threat it doesn't matter if it was a joke or not. If Alex Jones said the same thing about Morgan he would have been arrested. This double standard does not apply. Morgan needs to be fired and possibly even brought up on charges. Yes I'm serious.

Well for whatever reason (I think it should be for his constitution remark if he's not a cizen of this country then he has no right to complain about it) I couldn't think of a better dude to be pulled off the (and certainly there are other's who should go. He's a very stupid man even for CNN. He leaves a show that has ratings to stay with a show that barely has any? I certainly couldn't figure that one one would think he's made more money with America's got talent.

I am very pro second amendment but what I see here are a bunch of misinformed hypocrites when talking about blather mouth Morgan. I have read it in this very thread where my kinsman have complained about him slamming a book on the table which BTW was not a copy of the constitution and then ignorantly state that he is not protected by what is written in the constitution because he isn’t a citizen.

I hate it when people attack our constitution but I hate it more when the people who are protected by that constitution clearly show they have never taken the time to read and understand it then go on to misrepresent it to the world. It screams hypocrite and is becoming of a two faced bigot.

No, i seriously doubt it. People joke about this type of thing all of the time, our justice system wouldn't be able to handle it.
