and as for the mind-control aspects that Bell touches on in the comic, they are all based on his ties to the eugenics movement, along with work of another fellow Scottish scientist, James Braid - who coined the term "neuro-hypnotism." The actual thread which ties Bell, mind-control, HAARP, and the CIA together will be described in more detail as the episodes go on!
