The mysterious metallic objects, which fell from the sky baffling villagers in Dadu late Wednesday night, were parts of Pakistan’s Hatf V Ghauri missile, a spokesman for the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Friday.

You solved it, I'd say. Your link shows the report 7 hours old and definitely Pakistani news (with a link right on the page for Urdu version no less.). Nice catch!

RSOE hasn't updated yet. I'd seriously suggest you could drop a note to them on your find for local press on it. You might see them update as a result of it.

I bet China ends up with the wreckage somehow.
Pretty soon mini space shuttles (x37's) will be everywhere at
1% the cost of the originals.

I wonder if a weaponized x-37 could launch tungsten rods(rods from god) at a target from orbit? I know im a bit off topic.

We use UFO like it means aliens from another planet. Well most ATS'ers do.

If it turns out to be military is it of no consequence because right now, at this point, to us reading....

It is Unidentified, it was Flying and it is an Object of some kind. So yes, it 'is' a UFO.

Perspective needed.

You make a good point. I'd really gone back and forth and all around last night for what forum to put this in. UFO or not UFO? Well, RSOE had it as a true, literal UFO. I figured military was a likely end explanation but military these days leaves a pretty wide range of what could come tumbling down too... Aurora crashing in Pakistan for instance, would just kinda retire the word Oops from the English language. It would be taken forever and defined by that event.

They already have a shuttle type craft in the works. But this had nothing to do with the X-37.

Two problems here. The first is that the X-37 weighs a LOT more than 179 kilograms. The second is that both X-37s are on the ground right now. .

And third, if it blasted to the ground, how can they know it weighs 179kg? It's a bit odd to provide such a definite weight from debris

Indeed it seems to have been solved , seems to be part of a motor body.

If you pause at 33 seconds, you can see what looks like a model number: X2F1

Well if that news report is the object found, then it's a western object.

Look at all the English writing on it.

Um, I saw no "English" writing on it....

It does seem a bit strange that a Pakistani missile would contain english writing, but it really does.
This news article shows a bit of debris with FLIGHT CONTROL COMPUTER written on it.
If not imported parts, the engineers are clearly western educated.

I agree with you.
An armed drone seems more plausible than anything else.

First idea that came to my mind. We'll see soon enough.

they admitted it, but i'm still curious as to who sold them
the missile or the parts since that looks to be english writing
on the video compared to middle east writing...

is U.S. or U.K. supplying pakistan with weapons now?
how would isreal react to finding out the U.S. had a part in
their missile? (if it is U.S.)

I find it crazy how many UFO's get all the way to earth from millions/billions of light years away and crash. Space flight technology beyond our imagination and not a decent pilot to land the damn things
