Keep it that way please, and follow the deadlines. Last year a MOD was running it and could open and close the thread at will...I can't, so lets keep it picks only.

Weekly entry closing:

Take notice of the first game of the week, all entries must pe posted one hour prior to the beginning of that week's first game starting time, in the above example, it would close 6:30PM EST THU AUG 26.

No Points Spread

For simplicity, this contest is simply picking the winner of each game no points spread are used and no total points for the Monday nights games will be used, this is fun..

Weekly ties?

In the case of ties for the best record of the week, all who sport the most correct picks will be awarded the weekly winners award.

Weekly results will be posted on Tuesdays.

Season Winners

The cumulative correct pick totals will be posted each Tuesday so we all know where we stand.

NOTE: The pre-season will not be calculated/counted. This game starts on the first day of the regular season. Here is the week 1 schedule: Cut off time is 1 hour before kickoff on Wednesday September 5th. 7:30 PM EST. Any posts made after the cutoff time will not be counted.

Due to the fact that there are a lot of Thursday games this year and the results are posted on Tuesday giving us only 2 days to submit picks, I am going to change the deadline to submit picks to noon on Sunday instead of Thursday. anyone submitting after the deadline on Thursday - their picks for that Thursdays game will not be counted. (or any game played before the Sunday cutoff time.) Picks will still count as long as your post is made on gameday before noon.
