Hi ATS,
This is very interesting. Millions shared un ethically to weather stations all around the US.
What with all the weather conspiracy with HAARP and such, this makes me go Huuummm?
There is still no word to what the funds and contracts were actually used for at this time.
I remember reading about dying birds and strange Doppler radar images. How will all this play out.
A story worth keeping up with IMO.
Cheers ljb

Hi in the flesh,

A true gentleman you are.

Thanks for fixing. Not sure what to think of this, as no one apparently "profited".

Hi Que,
Yes I know. But there has to be a reason. I have a notion that something big enough to get the big cheese to quit means there is more to it.
Sometimes a good cover for the facts is to just loose the old Honcho and sweep the rest under the rug.
cheers ljb
PS I was hoping some ATS'ers would have some insight.

I'm trying to figure out when the misappropriations began. I'm curious if the timeframe coincides with Evelyn de Rothschild's February 2011 purchase of 70% of the controlling stock in Weather Central, which provides data and graphics to weather men across the country.

Well of course! The purchase was actually on January 31st, not in February. This has been on my radar ever since:

reuters story on the purchase

And another article about how their MyWeather.com app is six times more accurate than any other prediction model.

link

And if you really want to go bonkers, read about this mayor named Rothschild pledging to keep Raytheon growing in Tuscon AZ. Raytheon built HAARP. Six times more accurate? Wonder how...

press here for the freak out

Millions shared un ethically to weather stations all around the US.

Not exactly.

Government investigators found that service employees had moved millions of dollars around to cover shortfalls in payroll and other operating expenses without notifying Congress, according to a memorandum released last week by the Department of Commerce, which oversees NOAA and the weather agency.

www.huffingtonpost.com...

Unethical? Not really. Poor management? Absolutely.

Here's the Dept. of Commerce memo:

Hi phage,
Obama has been both and he is still truckin.
Big wigs don't get replaced with light weights for minor infractions.
Why do you think Jack's BIO is DOWN?
You seem to know your way around and post government pfd's.
Thanks ljb

um...what?
Obama?
Who said anything about minor?
Jack went into retirement early because he is a lousy administrator if such things occurred on his watch. Better to retire than to be fired.
You find something odd about providing the memo?
You're welcome.

No, the apple is glued to the tree it would seem!

I must admit, though very interested in the circumstances surrounding 911, and having seen a few movies about it, I haven't "dove in" to the evidence yet. I guess for all of us, there is something that scares us more than anything else, and for me, it's the potential for a virus or bacteria to take all, or most, of us out. And HAARP. HAARP scares the socks off me. How anyone could contend that ELF/ULF waves are completely innocuous to humanity is too stupid to be trusted to breathe on their own. However, Raytheon piqued my interest 12 years ago when I attended a luncheon they hosted. They were pushing people to buy the I-Bond. I sat wondering what a defense contractor would want with pushing a damn bond...between that, watching EMS crews just stand outside the towers without moving, and Dan Rather being fired, I must say I was thoroughly awakened.

Well first off, I'll admit to wondering how close the University of Alaska - Southeast was to HAARP, however, they look to be about 200 miles apart.

I'm guessing that since she is their "acting" director that NWS has begun recruiting for a more permanent director. But I could be wrong. I'm not detecting much of an issue with her selection - and if Jack's dismissal is truly a conspiracy, then Laura may just serve the purpose of being a yes-woman.

Actually Nothing odd about the pfd.
I was asking if you could find Jack's 404ed Bio.
You seem to know government sources better than I.
thanks
