IRS Commissioner: Paying Taxes Is Pathway to Citizenship for Illegal Aliens
By Elizabeth Harrington
April 5, 2012

Will ya listen to this meathead !!

He says paying taxes is a pathway to citizenship,
and suggests in the next breath that illegals might actually
have some kind of moral obligation !!!!

He also said it the job of the IRS to make sure people file tax returns !!!!
(WOWee)

Brilliant intellectual wisdom for all of us to absorb and cherish !!

We know for a fact that the boneheads that file an illegal's tax return are using fake
Social Security numbers anyway. Or, they have one of those tax I.D. numbers or something.

The article includes a video of this clown.

Who put Him in office anyway ?

(CNSNews.com) – Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Douglas Shulman said Thursday that paying taxes is a pathway taxes to citizenship for illegal aliens.

At the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., 12 days before this year's tax-filing deadline (Apr. 17), Shulman was asked about what his agency is doing to collect taxes from illegal aliens.

“You know, it’s a great question,” he said. “One of the pathways to citizenship that people believe is a good one is--even if you’re not in this country legally--to pay taxes.”

AND,

In 2006 testimony in the House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Social Security, Deputy Social Security Commissioner James Lockhart said that in 2003 alone 8.8 million W-2 forms had been filed on which the Social Security Number and name did not match and after investigation the government could not attribute the W-2 to a known taxpayer. The Social Security Administration, he said, believed the principal cause of these no-match W-2s was "unauthorized work" being done by illegal aliens.

"For the latest year we have information, which is taxpayer year 2003," Lockhart testified, "we had about 8.8 million or 3.7 percent of the total W-2s remained in the suspense file."

"Our inspector general, Pat O'Carroll ... and many others believe that this growth is due to unauthorized work by non-citizens, and that stronger worksite enforcement is needed," said Lockhart.

AND, more from the Director

“I think you actually have a lot of people in this country who pay taxes who aren’t here legally," Shulman said at the press club. "[They] file returns so they can show a track record of being good citizens.”

Be absolutely sure to look at this idiot's picture in the story
and decide for yourselves what you see

He never mentioned the normal regular American taxpayers !!!!

What about US ?

Can I open my eyes now ?

Wow... Now that is quite a concept and way of thinking. What other crimes can I go commit and be forgiven by simply paying taxes and penalties on the proceeds?? That's a pretty good gig for those who can get it. After all, illegal isn't simply the federal crime of standing on American Soil...although that is quite enough and a felony in itself. If they did much of anything here they had a name and a social # to use. Err.. Yeah... Ya think it was legit? Another felony...

It used to be that financial penalty was secondary to criminal prosecution for a violation of criminal law. Funny how subjective everything has become in the name of politics these days.

I thought one of the problems was that Illegals mooch off the system without contributing. If they Contribute then what beef have you?

Washington D.C. is for sale. And this is not simply because we're Trillions in debt.

As Ron Paul has said, the federal government has grown to such an extent and has exerted power over so many aspects of our lives, that there is an incredible incentive to control the elected officials. Which is why we see hundred of millions spent on influencing elections and getting certain people elected.

If there was less power in DC, there would be less of an incentive to buy politicians.

It costs us billions of dollars for the illegal's free schooling, healthcare, cheap housing etc. If they have a job, it is a job that belongs to an American citizen.

You are required even if you are illegal you still have to pay taxes. If you don't have a valid SSN then you get a tax ID number and all you need is an ID (foreign ID is good) and an official birth certificate from your country of birth.

No it does not belong to an American Citizen, that job belongs to the person that is willing to work for less money.

Then how do we explain this:

The Social Security Administration, he said, believed the principal cause of these no-match W-2s was "unauthorized work" being done by illegal aliens.

"For the latest year we have information, which is taxpayer year 2003," Lockhart testified, "we had about 8.8 million or 3.7 percent of the total W-2s remained in the suspense file."

Not if you're working under the table, like many of them do.

So when will it be legal to rob a bank and get out of jail by paying slightly raised taxes?
