Just to cheer us all up let's talk about out fave old kids tv shows..

My fave was Tiswas a late 70's Saturday morning show where the people in the show used to get drunk the night before and turn up and it was just mayhem.

I was born in 79 so I ended up being a mid 80's show kid. My faves were He-Man, Voltron, and Thundercats for cartoons.

For tv shows it was The Dukes of Hazzard, and Knight Rider

My father and I used to watch The Rifleman every Saturday morning.

That's about the only one that sticks out in my mind as memorable.

There was another show I remember but when I tell people about it they don't remember it.
There was a manikin, and he worked in a department store with a black lady. When his hat fell off he became a manikin but when the hat was on, he was a real guy. Then there was a mouse or some sort of animal that lived in a sock/scarf bin. Anyone recall that one?

Still a huge fan of the Honeymooners and the Stooges (before my time).

But do you remember Chico and The Man? Loved it.

Also Battlestar Galactica, Logan's Run and Mod Squad.

In the early seventies my fave was HR Puffinstuff and scooby Doo ! Does anyone remember on Saturday mornings in the early seventies the song "sunshine lollipops and rainbows " played on something and it's perplexed my wife and I for years trying to remember what show it played on ???
