Since we are according to some , still living in igloos . They are not really igloos , that is the dome cover for our UFOs . The rest is under the snow base .

i highly doubt any of this is true. im even skeptical on that british guy.. whats his name mckinnon or something.. well he said he hacked into the pentagon or dod and found documents stating there are non teresstrial officers and ships named usss koepenhagen or something. well its probably all bull. any government would not store any of those files digitally unless it was on a closed system. hackers can get into anything. even the camera on your cell phone and watch you. if i worked for them I would make sure that theres no way for the files or documents to leak.

As an experiencer I know this is true, and some aspects of knowing even here, that some live amongst us but will not go into even.

It remains true even if this wasn't linked, even if governments never had released ufo files. Like when Canada first did it and accidentally included a memo between officials that discussed not only ufo's but in their opinion manned by extra terrestrials. And then from what I gathered after many threads were made online about that, the memo disappeared....

Even without all of that, or the astronauts, or anybody coming forward, I still know its true.

In the same discussion someone embedded another link for a document of US Navy, entitled NAVAL ASTRONAUT DESIGNATION, which contains the following paragraph:

2. Qualifications.

Naval Astronaut qualifications for Pilots and Specialists are:

a. Naval and Marine officers trained, qualified, and certified to

• fly (pilots) a powered vehicle designed for flight above 50 miles from the earth’s surface, and/or
• serve as a mission specialist on a powered vehicle designed for flight above 50 miles from the earth’s surface as defined by CNO (see reference (a)) and/or CMC, as appropriate.

b. Have completed a minimum of one flight as a pilot or mission specialist on an extraterrestrial vehicle in a flight above 50 miles from the earth’s surface.

www.public.navy.mil...

Be my guest to analyze the content of these docs...

I'm pretty sure "extraterrestrial vehicle" in this case simply means any vehicle capable of leaving earth's gravity/atmosphere... of course I could be wrong but "extraterrestrial vehicle" doesn't have to mean a vehicle of extraterrestrial origin.

Great find on the Canadian ET database though... S&F for you.

The US military refer to vehicle capable of leaving Earth's gravity/atmosphere, as TAVs "Transatmosphere Vehicles", not as "extraterrestrial vehicles".

It looks like something coming out of MIB movies, but a GLPer found a couple of documents available in the website of British Columbia government, which are part of a system of records classification concerning the presence of extraterrestrials in that province.

...
2.1 23120 - EXTRATERRESTRIAL REGISTRATION AND TRACKING

2.2 Records relating to the registration of extraterrestrial visitors to the province. An extraterrestrial is any sentient being originating from another planet, regardless of appearance or ancestry.

Sigh...

I hope this doesn't need to be pointed out, but just above the first reference to "extraterrestrials" in the relevant document is the following (in large bold letters) :

Sample Primary to Illustrate ARCS

The relevant document expressly states "The following is a sample primary ... The pages following the sample primary explain the elements, as listed below".

In other words, the document examples how the "ARC" (i.e. "Administrative Records Classification System") works.

It's (intentionally) quite a funny document, considering the topic of record classification systems is not exactly a thrill a minute.

Surely this is obvious???

LOL... apparently not in THIS document. If you look at the first requirement it says:

a. Naval and Marine officers trained, qualified, and certified to:

• fly (pilots) a powered vehicle designed for flight
above 50 miles from the earth’s surface, and/or

• serve as a mission specialist on a powered vehicle
designed for flight above 50 miles from the earth’s
surface

Clearly the term "extraterrestrial vehicle" in this document refers to "a powered vehicle designed for flight above 50 miles from the earth’s surface."

You're grasping at straws.... trying to find something that just isn't there.

Extraterrestrials are registered and tracked to ensure they do not contravene federal and provincial legislation by attempting world domination, body-snatching, or other anti-democratic activities.

Seriously?

Come on mate, it's an obvious wind up, you've been had.

I used to work at the Canadian Federal government. The only people who would read these laws were the girls who worked for me as typist. As their supervisor, I wasn't interested in reading any of it and assumed they were doing their job right unless I had any complaints. This never happened.

Personnally I think this is just someone's idea of a joke; nobody ever reads the law in details (except lawyers, but they wouldn't be much interested in this particular law). Probably some gov employee trying to brighten his day and see how long it'll take somebody in the government to notice his prank. Which could very well mean that they would never notice it...

Uhmmm...I am trying to imagine the possible scenario: a being from a planet far away decides on a sunny saturday to have a short trip to Canada...he doesn't have family (or has he?) so he just jumps in his flying saucer (almost new, only few light years used) turns the space navigation system on and types "British Columbia, Canada, North America, Earth, Solar System, Milky Way". After few minutes he is at destination but the customs police stops him and requires registration....the space guy says "OK" and the cops give him the form to be filled....the space guy turns the form up and down, left-right....the cops give him a pen...the space guy says "what the hell is that, don't you Earth guys have digital forms?" and the cops "sorry sir, for this kind of forms only hard copies available...we are workin' on it, next time you come for a visit it will be fine"......then he shows his space passport and the cops argue it's expired because the date is 6.789 BC...the space guy then says "Are you morons? When I left my planet it was valid, have you ever heard of Einstein and relativity??" In the end he is upset because his weekend has been ruined by a couple of stupid earthling cops so he decides to exterminate the whole planet with biological warfare.....

Better not to mess up with registration forms for extraterrestrials!!!

it's not a sample, and it's very real. why would it not be when canada's former defence minister has openly disclosed.

but don't take my word for it, see for yourselves.

I really dunno. After googling some keywords, i ran across this document "How to use ORCS" . When you read through it you get the same section that above supposedly legit document has but it's a draft/

As you can see, it's pretty much the same document with a last revision date of 8/17/2010.. but it's for "Discussion purposely only". Here's more. This is an even older template of ARCS 195-50 ARCS 195-50, older version from 3/15/2007.

Here's an executive version of the ARCS system Executive Summary.

So in essence it's a template. All are available via Google of course. It looks like to me, this is something that is potential huge, we got another government with their hands in the cookie jar and that's if this vets out. Reading between the lines, the BC's MIB division just recently switched to the ARCS and ORCS filing system and the OPs post is how merely how to label, file and classify documents related to its operation.

Oh wow, this.. this can be big

easy. haven't you heard of disinformation? you have the canadian defense minister not only saying that there's been contact, but plenty of it and by multiple personages. in view of that isn't it obvious that he just might try and enact rules for that scenario?

does it not occur to you that a government website is going to put relevant info on it? fact is, there's been contact, there is contact, and most people don't know about it or like it.. but it's a fact.

isn't there a new minister for extra terrestrial contact?

maybe it's april fools and the calendars are all out eh?

See? I think I mentioned somewhere on another thread that Canada was tough on immigration

Even ET has to have the proper paperwork....

Kelowna (Okanagan area) is rumoured to be a hot spot, let's hope the Kelowna cops don't get this planet blown up because the alien didn't press hard enough to get the ink down to the 17th copy
