Yes! Thank you very much! People need to hear the real definition of Neocon. I think liberals just see the "Con" part and read something into it

Many of the failed policies of the Bush admin came out of those who switched parties, such as Wolfowitz and Perle, or maybe they didn't exactly even switch, but they were instrumental under a Repub President.

The majority of the current neocons got their start with Ronald Reagan, the man who allegedly
represents real conservatism.

It seems to me that Republicans make a who lot of excuses... I would think that Conservatives
could have figured out that these were "liberals" in the 70's when they first came on the scene,
or in the 80's when Reagan turned them into policy makers, or in the 90's when they hit the
private sector or int 00's when they made policy all over again. Are you telling me that
conservative America was fooled for decades? They did get to see Bush's performance for
4 years, nobody forced them to run him again.

And why, why are they running Romney and Perry???

Here is the best explanation I've seen so far:

Dr. Gabor Maté at Occupy Wall Street Details Link Between Financial Crisis and Medical Illness
On a trip from Vancouver, Dr. Gabor Maté stopped by Occupy Wall Street on Monday. He observed: "50 percent of American adults have a chronic medical illness, and much of that has to do with stress. And if you look at the literature on what causes stress, it’s uncertainty and lack of information and loss of control and lack of expression of self. And the uncertainty that has been forced upon the American population by the recent economic crisis, the loss of control as power has flown into the hands of very, very few people, and the absolute powerlessness of the many in the face of all that, and the lack of expression through the ordinary political process, people are totally disempowered and deprived of their voice. This protest addresses all those issues. So I can only say that this is an extraordinarily healthy thing to happen. People who participate here will be healthier for it as a result, and maybe society, in general, as well."

So why would I support OWS? All the above reasons. The unconsulted, and voiceless get a chance to voice their collective discontents.

Here is my list of grievances:
1) The Goldman bankers control Federal reserve, US Treasury, and all government policies related thereto, including the ability to make fabulous fortunes merely by shuffling funds and debts about without any physical goods or services being produced or supplied (hint: production of goods and supplying services is where jobs come from)

2) The Corporate lobbyists with their truckloads of money and perks are the ones invited to write the very bills which are then introduced into the legislature, even concerning legislation supposedly regulating their industries. see: Charles G. Koch Summer Fellow Program

3) The US Legislature passes any pre-written bill handed over by AIPAC as a knee-jerk reaction to "show their support for Israel" even when the bills are contrary to US interests. see: Could Congress's Anti-Palestinian Turn Be Good News for Palestine?

4) War is pushed as some sort of solution to all fears and uncertainties, and the excuse to give up civil rights and freedoms.

These grievances of mine in no way cause me to embrace Obama. Quite the contrary. 1) He's surrounded by Goldman bankers. 2)He gave the Pharma and Insurance Companies a seat at the table in writing of landmark healthcare reform. 3) The Zionists have him completely under their thumbs. Has he been able to stop a single settlement housing unit from being built in occupied West Bank or East Jerusalem? 4) He expanded war into Pakistan, furthered US killing in Yemen, Somalia, Libya, added to nuclear proliferation through "loss" of tons of weapons grade uranium and plutonium, while at the same time threatening belligerence against Iran who hasn't diverted nuclear materials.

Duh.. this is how the man infiltrates and subjugates... like flies on crap.

These OWS folks, an amalgamation of disgruntled opinions, are being painted with a left tilt broad brush.. expect establishment clowns to jump aboard with support & money.. to herd the sheep into a proper wing pen that best maintains status quo...

They surely did not, the mayority of neocons existed before Reagan...

The Federal Reserve Act (ch. 6, 38 Stat. 251, enacted December 23, 1913, 12 U.S.C. ch.3) is an Act of Congress that created and set up the Federal Reserve System, the central banking system of the United States of America, and granted it the legal authority to issue Federal Reserve Notes (now commonly known as the U.S. Dollar) and Federal Reserve Bank Notes as legal tender. The Act was signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson.

Thomas Woodrow Wilson (December 28, 1856 – February 3, 1924) was the 28th President of the United States, from 1913 to 1921. A leader of the Progressive Movement, he served as President of Princeton University from 1902 to 1910, and then as the Governor of New Jersey from 1911 to 1913. With Progressive ("Bull Moose") Party candidate Theodore Roosevelt and Republican nominee William Howard Taft dividing the Republican Party vote, Wilson was elected President as a Democrat in 1912.

In his first term as President, Wilson persuaded a Democratic Congress to pass major progressive reforms including the Federal Reserve Act, Federal Trade Commission Act, the Clayton Antitrust Act, the Federal Farm Loan Act and an income tax. Wilson brought many white Southerners into his administration, and supported the introduction of segregation into many federal agencies.[1]

They "were"? no, they still "are", the mayority of them are just democrats, and or liberals. Others are RINO, or Republican In Name Only, and or corpocrats willing to sell their soul and their country just for more power and more money.

At the time Bush seemed to be the right choice, and more so when democrats/progressives decided not to follow in on the same demands they had been making meanwhile Clinton was President, and even when Bush was President.

One of the mistakes that the alliance did when going to Iraq, was not to ask for the help of the Iraqi tribes. It was years later that they were asked for help and most of the Tribes in the largest region of Iraq agreed, which should tell all those people who keep claiming the terrorists are "freedom fighters" the truth. But of course, instead they will claim "it is just a CIA lie"...

Also, perhaps you, and others like you forgot about it, but democrats, progressives and liberals in power also called for the war against Iraq and Afghanistan and the Clinton administration began the war when they started bombing Iraq. Not to mention his call for an alliance to oust Saddam before he left office.

The Republican Party doesn't represent real Republicans, and hasn't done so for a while. Meanwhile Bush was the best bet than voting for the democrats/progressives, he did make bad choices.

15 years?... No, more like decades, almost 100 years now. It was the progressive democrats under a progressive Democrat as President, Woodrow Wilson, in 1913 that the Feds were established under the Federal Reserve Act, and the IRS as it exists today.

What do you think would have happened when progressive democrats gave power over the economy of a nation to a central bank which is not a real government entity but it's controlled by the rich elites? It opened the door for complete corruption of the political system, and the government in general.

And you have to love this about Woodrow Wilson, after all a mayority in the left also believe the same thing...

Government systems

Under the influence of Walter Bagehot's The English Constitution, Wilson saw the United States Constitution as pre-modern, cumbersome, and open to corruption. He believed, according to one interpreter, that "the U.S. Constitution prevents the government from meeting the country's needs by enumerating rights that the government may not infringe."[35] An admirer of Parliament, Wilson favored a parliamentary system for the United States. Writing in the early 1880s:

en.wikipedia.org...

Leftwingers should learn about their own mistake of believing the U.S. Constitution is only an "old piece of paper"... It is the same kind of thinking that gave us the Feds, the IRS, and other "progressive" ideas which opened up the government, and the country to complete corruption, and for the rich elites to have all power over Americans...

Meanwhile a lot of people seem to think that the OWS movement is a movement started just by ordinary people, the truth is contrary to what people think.

As I stated earlier, this movement began with the help of organizers/organizations which have a different idea of what sort of "change" and what type of "revolution" should occur.

When you hear the words "revolution" and or "change" you should be asking what sort of change, and what sort of revolution are you talking about?

Let's see what at least some of the main organizers of these events have to say about what sort of change and what type of revolution they want to see.

If you don't think the whole OWS is about socialism/communism, you need to watch these videos. And btw, i don't work for any news media, I am not rich. I am just one of those people who actually lived and experienced socialism/communism in it's true nature and I know the truth that these people are either ignorant about, or just want to ignore.

I am not saying everyone in the OWS is a socialist/communist, but you need to watch what sort of movement, and group you back, because they don't necessarily want the same things you do.

[yvid]

BTW, as I have said countless of times, and as I have demonstrated countless of times. Those in power set up the system as it is through these same "changes" that brought us the problems we have been experiencing for at least almost years.

The central banking system that is the Feds is a socialist program which put us at the hands of those people and groups that have wanted the dissolution of the Republic, and for it to be replaced by a socialist dictatorship in which the rich elites have total control over our lives.

Even the IRS as it exists today, and every tax that a lot of people dissaprove of was implemented by the "progressives" back in the early 1900s.

These are the same people that put every American, and every person in this world in debt, and these same people are the ones who fund the socialist and or communist party and which have been brainwashing people, including many Americans, into believing that in order for things to be fixed we need to give them EVEN MORE POWER.

If you don't think that those in power are the ones behind these movements, why is it that socialist policies have been made into law in countries like the United States? Such as H.R. 1388?

H.R. 1388 To Reauthorize and Reform the National Service Laws.

Janet Napolitano wrote a document describing "rightwing extremism" and as one of the "red flags" that government agencies "should watch out for" to find who is a "rightwing extremist", she includes "Americans who opose COMMUNISM" and even Americans who opose a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT.

Thompson added, “Janet Napolitano is lying to the American people when she says the Report is not based on ideology or political beliefs. In fact, her report would have the admiration of any current or past dictator in the way it targets political opponents.”

The Report specifically mentions the following political beliefs that law enforcement should use to determine whether someone is a “rightwing extremist”:

* Opposes restrictions on firearms

* Opposes lax immigration

* Opposes the policies of President Obama regarding immigration, citizenship and the expansion of social programs

* Opposes continuation of free trade agreements

* Opposes same-sex marriage

* Has paranoia of foreign regimes

* Fear of Communist regimes

* Opposes one world government

* Bemoans the decline of U.S. stature in the world.

* Upset with loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to China and India

* . . . and the list goes on

The Law Center is asking the court to declare that the DHS policy violates the First and Fifth Amendments, to permanently enjoin the Policy and its application to the plaintiffs’ speech and other activities, and to award the plaintiffs their reasonable attorney’s fees and costs for having to bring the lawsuit.

Just because a person was once a Democrat and went Republican doesn't make them a liberal who went conserv. Reagan may have always been a conservative Democrat before he went Repub. There is a difference. The term Neocon was created by a socialist to denote people in the leftist camp who switched to the right.
I am not for Romney or Perry, but at this point anything to get the farthest left out of the WH.

THE OFFICIAL STANCE OF THE #OOCUPYEVERYTHING - OCCUPY TOGETHER - #OCCUPYWALLSTREET MOVEMENTS AND ALL ASSOCIATED MARCHES & OCCUPATIONS THROUGHOUT THE PLANET CURRENTLY :

This group wants absolutely nothing to do with the corrupt 2 party oligarchy as both have been bought and paid by the banks, The Federal Reserve and Wall Street and does not need nor require money from 1%'rs and to say anything otherwise is a major dis service to this group and movement as a whole as we see people like Soros as being apart of the problem and does not endorse millionaires or billionaires. No corporate dollars are welcomed and if one were to attempt to finance this movement it would be rejected and returned with a note saying "No sale!"!

To believe anything else means you are being seriously deceived and tricked and said source should not be trusted or taken seriously and if it does not come from the aforementioned it is not to be taken as the official stance. No General Assembly in any group throughout the planet will amend this ever!

All are welcomed from all faiths, ethnic groups, political persuasions, LBGTI, animal and kid friendly as we will not discriminate, we will be friendly to all. Illicit narcotics (marijuana to meth while all scrips prescribed to a fellow protester are obviously allowed) and liquor (all forms) use are banned and will get someone expelled and turned over to law enforcement. Come as you are! Remember, there is no member of the 1% that is on this website which means we are all The 99%!

You become a problem when you are ignorant on facts, and only become part of the problem

I could not have said it better. After reading through this thread I would have to say that it would be best to heed your own advice.

You have not provided any "facts" to prove that this group's purpose is to re-elect Obama. But you said it.

You have not provided any "facts" to prove that 100% of these people are socialist communists. But you imply just that.

You have not provided any "facts" to prove...anything.

I know it's easier for you to deal with this if you can generalize and belittle the movement. That way you don't have to get off your couch and participate in the reformation of our corrupt system. Most people fear what they do not understand and I can understand that changing the way we govern ourselves is pretty scary. So it is much easier for you to be an "armchair quarterback" when you speak about OWS.

You and other's who agree with you can attatch Accorn, the Muslim Brotherhood, Nazi's and socialists to this movement but it does no good. We can see past your futile attempts to discredit OWS and local protests because regardless of what you read while your sitting at your computer, people like me are out there participating. I am not a commie, socialist Nazi. I am an American. I have been to the protests. There are some self-proclaimed socialists, but there are also Republicans, Minutemen, NeoCons, and many more types of people.

As a matter of fact, my local Occupy movement is protesting Obama headquarters today. Can't you support that?

So go ahead and label OWS and all of the other Occupy movements with whatever label that makes you feel more secure in your beliefs. In the end it does nothing.

We will still be out there fighting for what we believe.

We will not let these partisan groups co-opt a true grass roots movement that is organized by the people, for the people.

Really?... So you actually think that everyone who has been part of the OWS movement want the same thing?...

Sorry to rain on your parade but obviously you have no idea of what you are talking about...

There are SEVERAL groups which are part of the OWS movements, and have participated on the protests, althou the mayority are left leaning.

You will only find Ron Paul followers, libertarians, true Republicans, conservatives, and other similar groups to be a SMALL MINORITY of this movement. Those are the only people I support, but I do not support what the mayority of the OWS movement want, because that is NOT what will be best for this country, and it most probably won't be what is best for other countries as well.

The solutions needed for one country, and one group of people are not necessarily the same things needed to solve the problems and meet the needs of another country, and other people.

This attempt to claim "all will be solved if you all unite to my band" is a clear example that what people like you are calling for is a SOCIALIST GLOBAL REGIME.

That first, second, I gave direct evidence that shows where the money for these events is coming from socialist/communist, and in general left leaning globalist organizations. I even gave a pamphlet from one of the organizers from Boston of the OWS movement, which shows that their funders are left leaning, and it includes organizations like ACORN. Yet you want to claim that the OWS movement will not accept money from the rich socialist elite?...

Typical BS said by the very same people who are the true deceivers, who do nothing but use trickery and should NEVER be trusted...

Just to make it clear, again. The people who I support, and the changes that I support are those who want a SMALLER government, and for the government of the United States to abide and obey the RULE OF THE LAND, which is the U.S. Constitution.

I support and will vote for Ron Paul because he seems to be the only one who wants to audit the Feds, and wants to find out and get back the trillions of dollars the Feds, and the Obama administration CLAIM was lost into a black hole...

I do not embrace this idea of "GLOBAL GOVERNANCE" by the socialist elites, and which the left has embraced blindly.

Are there problems in the United States, and does the government need to make changes? YES, but those changes have to be to accept the United States Constitution as what it is, THE RULE OF THE LAND.

What the mayority of the OWS movement want is for the government to have more control, and more consolidated power, and these people actually think that will put a stop to Corporations from taking control?... THE FEDS ARE THE CORPORATION...

Heck even one of the latest bills signed by Obama, and the Democrats, as well as some RINOs, CLEARLY indicates that they are giving power to something they call THE CORPORATION...

There are people from all walks of life there and if you'd take a stroll down to your local one you'd find at least 2 people who think like you.

We are you and you are us! This is all that matters! The only reason why we accept the unions is they are getting squeezed out and they represent the little guy.

The political stances of our partner firms in no way, shape, sense or form an indication nor is it to be taken as a confirmation of any political allegiance as well as not to ever be seen as a declaration of our global political allegiance as our political allegiance is forever sworn to The people of and The World while the national group declares allegiance to the people of and The United States Of America! Stick that in your pipe! Show me a law requiring that all organizations must declare a political allegiance? That's right, there ain't none!

Hook, line, sinker, SUNK!

We want nothing from Soros, what we'd truly like is for him and his buddies to get out of the way and go away forever and that's being civil. He is apart of the problem so why would we deal with him on any level? Think about it! If I'm not mistaken Adbusters no longer has any business with Tides due the involvement of Soros!

By the way, I am a centrist! We are an American organization organized and started by Americans who happen to have become a Global movement with camps in 1,498 cities internationally at time of edit! We are Of The People, For The People and By The People!
