You're the one comparing the two. And welcome to a looooooooooong line of people (progressives) who make death threats against me. *yawn* I'm used to it.

Did you just acknowledge that him referring to you being in his crosshairs counts as a death threat?

She wasn't a celebrity until the left made her so. THEY gave her a platform upon which to speak. She picked up the ball and ran with it.

Personally, I hope she remains a pundit. She is quite effective in that forum.

Don’t hate her because she made lemonade when life gave her lemons. Don’t hate period.

Be realistic, and try not tolisten to the MSM. Make up your own mind. See if the standards you hold are true.

guess you need to read ats terms and conditions.

calling people stupid is not an acceptable standard on this website however you may feel.

and that negates everything a person says in a thread/

You are funnier than Titus.

everyone knows what the grassy knolls means the place where someone blew the back of the head out of kennedy. meaning titus would be there ready waiting cocked locked and ready to rock when he sees palin.

Even if Titus was threatening (which he was not), I think a hypothetical president Palin would be safe, as no president would ever take that fateful route again. Although, Palin might be "brave" enough to do it....possibly even in a convertible.

It's not what he said, because I could care less... it's the fact that if a comedian said the same thing about a Liberal it would be mass hysteria

I only need one example before I whip out Ted Nugent talking about blowing Hillary and Obama away to practically no outcry from anyone. Know why? No one on the left gives a crap what Ted Nugent says.

Just one example.

Thanks, Beez. These anti-Palin people just ooze hate, and it's kind of sad. She walks the talk and they just can't fathom the concept. The fact that she's good looking makes them even crazier in their opposition. The more the media attacks her, the more I hope she runs. How about 'Bachman-Palin Overdrive'?

Uh huh. She can't even utter simplistic platitudes without sounding like a blithering idiot. Worship her all you like. Good looking? She looks like a rank cougar hag. If you hugged her in a white shirt the makeup imprint would leave your shirt looking like the Shroud of Turin (look it up).

Ah, but I do care about your opinion as a reasoned debate. I haven’t seen nothing but talking points. These are a baseless, useless argument and add nothing.

Can I see an example of my "talking points?" The only way to learn, ya know.

If you say you’re a older, wiser person,…cool. But your response was a knee jerk reaction…as was mine. Emotions get the better of us sometimes.

I do not think you really understood my post. That is probably why you have not actually responded to it. You have just attacked me personally. If that works for you.

But it looks like you are set in your ways. If I wasted your time, I apoligize. I just want people to think for themselves. Rather than be told what to think.

By telling me what to think?

This must be the double standard thread.

not even close one is palin an exgovernment in charge of nothing

obama is in charge of this country with the power to effect every single persons life in this country and he has time and time agian.

Or anything about a gun either.

or anything about getting drunk

I am pretty sure most people know the shot came from a library window. Maybe you can link me to your version of history.

that depends on whose verstion of history you listen two too many accounts say the shots came from the grassy knoll and thats why many people do not beleive the official accounts.

So now you added "cocked?" Interesting. Because when Palin used "loaded" she said it had nothing to do with shooting anyone. That must be why you added "cocked" to make it different and make up a new argument because your double standard keeps tripping you up.

so are you the only one who can take creative license here when you said he was talking about getting drunk?

really my bad.

So righty's have their panties in a bunch after a comedian says he will hang out on a grassy knoll if Palin is elected.

But righty's jump to defend Nugent when he screams about having the president suck on his machine gun;

"I was in Chicago last week, I said, 'Hey Obama, you might want to suck on one of these, you punk!' Obama, he's a piece of sh*t and I told him to suck on my machine gun! Let's hear it for them. I was in New York and I said, 'Hey Hillary, you might want to ride one of these into the sunset, you worthless bitch.' And since I'm in California, how about Barbara Boxer? She might want to suck on my machine gun! Hey, Dianne Feinstein, ride one of these, you worthless whore!"

Hannity Defends Ted Nugent's Death Threats on Obama

So OP no one takes your butthurt seriously when the right-wing crosses this line for more gratuitously than the left.

remember that Chris Wallace is a Liberal, and he asked some pretty tough questions...

Are people really this blind? You do not seem to understand FOX news. The problem with that interview is not that they are the mouthpiece of the GOP, it is that she works there. Chris Wallace is a colleague. I saw the interview and it looked exactly like I would expect if my buddy at work told me ahead of time what he was going to ask, since we work for the same station and push the same agenda. How is he a liberal?

The District resident says his party affiliation is driven by simple pragmatism: "The reason I'm a registered Democrat is that in Washington, D.C., there is really only one party," Wallace told us yesterday. "If you want a say in who's going to be the next mayor or councilman, you have to vote in the Democratic primary."
Chris Wallace, Card-Carrying Democrat?

Apparently you need to let Chris know he is a liberal.

I understand Fox news just fine, and I realize that they lean right, but they are more fair and balanced than the other networks. The political commentators on Fox News (Beck and Hannity) make it clear that they are Conservative commentators and are not journalists and that the views expressed on their respective shows are their opinions and not news. I have never heard Chris Matthews, Rachel Maddow, Keith Olberman, et al... ever say that they are liberal commentators. They try and pass off their opinion shows as news.

The reason that Chris Wallace's liberal views aren't obvious is because he is probably the best journalist out there, and he remains unbiased regardless of who he is interviewing. I will say that since he came to Fox, he has moved a little more to the right, but he still holds some liberal points of view. When he was with NBC and ABC in the 80's and 90's he was much more liberal. Besides, anyone that would be a registered Democrat for the purpose of going along to get along clearly doesn't stand on their own principals.

As for the interview... I don't know if Palin had knowledge of the questions beforehand or not, and neither do you, so your argument is based on your own biased speculation. She has an articulate and reasonable answer for any question that she is asked, and you would know that if you would take the time and research her for yourself. You may disagree with her, and that's fine, but to say that she is an idiot is ridiculous.

WTH? Haven't we established that whoever runs for POTUS is just a corporate puppet? They all are right/left is an illusion meant to divide. Hmmm....well looks like it is working it's unending magic...While you all bicker this inconsequential nonsense the people are getting murdered, raped, land grabs are happening displacing fine upstanding citizens in tent cities and soon I hear FEMA camps...if anybody gets elected president I will surely tell you who they belong to, They do not belong to Republican Party nor Democrat party, They belong to The Corporate And Banks party...they are the corporate drones that's all they all are, not a single one of them has a Care or gives a damn about Main street, they care about WALL ST. and money talks and BS walks, apparently you and I and everybody on this site is "BS" we are inferiors that should be treated as cattle and then laid to slaughter while they have us happily bickering over an illusion.
Bravo ATS!!!

So saying "Grassy Knoll" is a direct implication of shooting someone while placing crosshairs over Democrac districts isn't?

I'm so confused.
-Wait; no I'm not. Americans will argue over anything and create issues from nothing.

GRASSY KNOLL! Ha!

Ummm...what thread do you think you are in? The "other one" is comedian Christopher Titus - also not in charge of anything. Obama? What?

or anything about getting drunk

OR ANYTHING ABOUT SHOOTING ANYONE.
Really want to do this all day?

that depends on whose verstion of history you listen two too many accounts say the shots came from the grassy knoll and thats why many people do not beleive the official accounts.

Two too many? You are really trying to make a fringe conspiracy theory sound like it is historic fact. I guess I missed "two too many" accounts? Conspiracy theories are fun and good but I am not about to pretend that history recognizes a shooter on the grassy knoll just because the same people that thin they see robot dogs on google mars do.

so are you the only one who can take creative license here when you said he was talking about getting drunk?

I did not pretend he said words he did not say like you did. I never said he said drunk. You said he said "cocked and loaded"

You know the difference.

really my bad.

It really was.

Hmm, how many ways can we interpret what he said? Here, I'll give it a try:

My personal take is that the comment was sexual in nature.....hanging out on the "grassy knoll" and "loaded and ready". Sounds like some cheesy lines from a cheep porno to me.

Huh, what? I fell asleep during a FOX commercial.

I showed you with Chris' own words that he is not a liberal. He says he is not a liberal, so why would you say he is? I really that people flock to ATS to brag about how they are too smart to listen to the MSM and then promote FOX.

Wallace went after Clinton on things that he refused to question Bush about. Pretty liberal.
If you believe two coworkers whos job is to shape what you think, got together at the place they both work to honestly try to challenge each other than I have this bridge I need to unload.
