I live in Windsor, On and I have an amazing view from my 7th floor balcony apartment that shows me the beautiful skyline of Detroit.
It's 4:20, no, I'm not high. I just looked outside and my breath left me for a split second.
This is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen first handed.
We have overcast skies today due to the thunderstorms at night. There is just this one hole in the clouds and It blew me away for some reason....
I took a picture on my blackberry curve, It is fairly small, but i hope you get the picture.
This is my first thread, so don't be too mean

I hit enter on accident. You guys could have at least waited a second lol =/

Anyway, my camera quality isn't that good, it's toward the center of the image.
I wish could find my other camera, it's quite a sight!

A photo that's like an inch big really isn't helping us see it!

That picture is too small, friend. Anyway you can blow it up? As it is right now, there is really no way to see much of anything

Looks like a break in the clouds with sunlight shining through.

LMAO

was in the middle of writing a post complaining about the size of the pic when I thought I dont wanna look silly a 2nd time so better make sure I cant enlarge it.

Sure enough I come back and not only is the pic bigger but theres 3 posts complaining about the size

Nice pic, but a more accurate thread description would have been "Look... a hole in the clouds"
(but to be fair that probably wouldnt get as many hits)

Hah, don't worry.

Hard to see on such a low resolution image, but yeah, it just looks like a concentrated area of sunlight shining through

Crap. That was me out in Saline, Michigan. I was working on my alternative energy magnetic zero point generator. I was outside at the time testing it and thought it was pretty cool how it was shooting up into the clouds. Sorry about that. Sorry ATS, I didn't know there were Canadians taking photos.

I should have thought it through.
I just woke up and i walked straight to the door and saw it. I ran here for some reason. I know it's just a break in the clouds, but the size of it was astonishing.
I like sharing, but I never know which things to keep to myself ^^

what the hell is a "vortex-like hole" anyway

does it have anything to do with overlapping time caves
