Hello all. I have been a fan of this site for around a month now. Just recently decided to join up. I have some interesting stories to share and a few cool videos too. Apparently though I need to get some posts up first before I can do so. Looking around I have some opinions to share on many of the threads. I have learned a lot so far just browsing around. Some of the threads I have found are extremely educational! (I may have lost some IQ points by reading a few others.) Anyway, thanks for having this site and I'm sure I will be visiting it daily as I have been so far.

BTW I am very close to WPAFB and have some great things to post in the future. I've seen (and heard) some wild stuff...

oooooo teaser post....

Welcome to ATS, we recently gave away all of our tinfoil hats, so if you have your own that would be helpful.

We were taking donations for a trip to Sam's Club to get some more, but then Anon shut down paypal so for now we have to wait.

Welcome my friend.

Hello and welcome to ATS!

I, too, cant wait to see what you've got for WPAFB. My dad used to work there, and he had some stories as well

My father was stationed at WPAFB from 82-85 and we got to see a few interesting things, the space shuttle on a piggyback ride back to FL, the SR71, some of what "I think" was part of the Star Wars Program.... light beams being shot at tanks parked on an old closed down part of the run way.
Dad was in pest control so he got to go to a few places most done get to go. One building on the main part of the base he went to to spray for bugs, he was escorted through the whole building with a armed guard ringing a bell, people closing their office doors or covering up what was on their desks as the bell got closer.
I cant confirm it to be fact but I was told some of the hangers we went and looked at through chainlink barb wire topped fences held the many things from Americas past, George Washingtons uniform to the Roswell UFO.
They have a great Air & Space museum but other then that, it was the worst base station we ever had.

Welcome to ATS. I have a friend that lives near Wright Pat. He's said a lot of things about the place. Some of it was really nuts, like underground hangars and such.
