Fun time! Watch the video again but imagine the woman is Nancy Pelosi and the guy with his foot on her shoulder is Thomas Jefferson.

Repeat as necessary. It really is enjoyable.

BS!!!!

AT NO TIME DID HER HEAD GET "STOMPED". The individual in question, put his foot on her shoulder and pressed down on it. I don't agree with his actions and other supporters didn't as well and told him to back off.

Again, one individual's actions doesn't necessarily represent the collective views of all Rand supporters.

This woman played the part in MoveOn.org's playbook to the letter, as further evidenced by her getting in front of the cameras afterwards. After all, it's all about media attention, isn't it.

Whoa There!

I never stated that her head got stomped. You might want to re-read.

My posts were simply pointing out Moveon.org's crazy media tactics. That's all.

I did call this a tragedy. And to me it is. She never should have pulled this stunt and the detainers should not have been so violent.

And for the record, I'm in the camp her head did not get "stomped".

I don't know what your profession is.

But in a situation like this. A blow to the head is MUCH less severe than to the neck. Do you know why? Because thats right where the spine is! A spinal injury is EASILY more potentially life threatening or disabling than a kick to the head. Not that a kick to the head is a good thing either!

And then slid down forcefully onto her neck which could have led to serious injury..

Who cares if she is seeking attention? She didnt MAKE the man stomp on her neck. Thats all on him.

While I don't condone beating on a woman, this woman did commit assault. She was subdued and a foot was placed on her shoulders using excessive force.

She committed assault by charging Rand Paul and the guy who put his foot on her shoulder, not head, committed battery.

This is clearly not a stomp to the head. If it was stomp to the head, she would've had to be transported to the hospital and then it would be real news.

My opinion is thast this is clearly another case of election year BS.

If the guy is charged, which he should be, then in all fairness, she should be charged with inciting a riot.

I'm with you. I'm just mad at the folks who keep insisting that her head was stomped on. Thought it easier to reply to your post.

Watch again and again and again. His foot is on her shoulder. I don't agree with his actions, but let's get the facts straight.

She was released from the hospital with a concussion and sprained shoulder.
I did not think she was stomped in the head either but using your logic...

OK! We're good.

I really think the whole use of the word "stomped" is for the sensationalism.

Even without the foot to the shoulder/neck/head (take your pick), it still would have been OMG news. I can see the headline now... "Women thrown to the ground by Rand Paul supporters!!!"

I used to work in media, I know how they spin it.

Still wondering who filmed it.

People sent there to get the video. They work as a team. They attempt to get people to do things exactly like this. The idiot fell for it hook, line and sinker.

This will never make it to a jury. The charges will be dropped. If the woman has a brain in her head and talks to a lawyer, the lawyer will probably advise her that charges could also be brought against her. I have been thinking about this more. Someone mentioned that if a reasonable person would think that a crime could happen from the actions taken, any and all crime can be applied to the person that instigated the actions. She has been charged with this type of crap before. So she knows her provocation could cause something to happen. They got what they wanted, video and a 5 minute Smear slot on the Keith Olbermann propaganda show.

This was a staged event by MoveOn.org

This is called the RepubliCorp Smear Campaign. It is one of the funded endeavors of George Soros and the socialist movement. They have all kinds of operations meant to do things EXACTLY like this.

Someone posted some information further back in the thread.

To her neck.
With force.

Rand Paul could bring charges.

Do you think he would get remotely involved in "Prosecuting a woman for getting her neck stomped"? No, he's already distanced himself from the situation hasn't he?

sorry if it is a repost... Jon Stewart said, and I paraphrase:

In fairness to her attackers, (my word) she was not carrying the requisite signage......

ya, "don't tread on me bro!"

Well, since not everyone saw the beginning of the incident, I will post that video now.

Tell me folks, what would a LEO have done in this case? Just wondering.

It is quite sad, with a bitter tinge of irony, that you are defending the placing of one's boot on the head/body of a woman, as you proudly bear the Gadsden flag "Don't tread on me.". You're so passive-aggressive and disingenuous that you use federal authorities as your defense. What would a tyrannical police force have done in an oppressive police state indeed? Such sweet irony.

I am amazed at the amount of people who are defending the actions of this ladies attackers...

Simply disgusting..... Arguing over the word stomped.... My God its like these posters were the authors of FRAGO 242...

Back on topic... The fact the attacker asked the victim for an apology , and this is being defended, is just ludicrous....

It's like defending saddam

What, why is it folks take things out of context?

And who said anything about Rand Paul? Oh, that would be you.

If someone commits an act where because of that act, someone comes to harm, they can be prosecuted for that act. I am not going to look into the case law, like I said earlier, I think what the guy did was wrong. Maybe you should, I could care less about this woman or this incident, except for the part where people are attempting to make it anything more than it is. Which is exactly what it was, two IDIOTIC actions.

But you and others like you, think I should feel sorry for this POS.

Sorry, not going to happen.

A PAID provocateur by the MoveOn.org Socialist organization funded by George Soros, committed an act where she ultimately got injured-supposedly.

Boo Hoo, cry me a river. Maybe the idiot will think twice about doing this stunt again.

So tell me, what does this have to do with Rand Paul?

Smear campaign? There you go little fella.

I think the whole thing was staged by the powers that be to keep us divided and focused on side issues. If the people are distracted by some thing, then maybe they won't see what's really going on. Just a theory.
