MODS - I put this here because of the mind in which Bruce Lee has to do something like this, please move if need be....many thanks!

My dear friends,

The ability in which to do this is MIND BLOWING to say the least

I just had to share this with the members here on ATS.

This, IMO, is Bruce Lee at his finest

Enjoy

Im still blown away, the fact that he can use an object ALOT smaller in size compared to that of a Table Tennis bat......is mind blowing

Thanks for the reply,

LOL! Oh My God! That is the most awesome thing I have ever seen!

Bruce Lee is like water!

A true master of his own spirit and body.

He tried to tell us all that we can be just like him, but sadly, none of us listen.

I find Lee's philosophies to be a source of great inspiration in my own life, however I still lack the understanding and fluidity that he expressed.

He is by far one of the greatest mind's of our time. May he rest in peace.

After watching a few times, I notice that Lee sometimes does not even look at the ball when he strikes it.

He is using something greater than his normal senses here imho.

He is using the Force! Bruce Lee the Jedi??

What I find especially stunning (aside from the small surface area of the nunchucks and the inheritant lack of rigidity with the chain) is the incorporation of kicks, jumps, spins, behind the back moves, etc.

Everytime I see the video of him playing ping-pong with nunchaku I begin to feel sad that this man is no longer with us.

RIP Bruce, and may your memory live on!

You guys do realise this is fake, don't you? It's a Nokia advert and I don't think that's even Bruce Lee.

Still, looks awesome all the same

Indeed, something that NO man has been able to replicate IMO.

RIP Mr Lee

Well, to me, it certainly looks like Bruce Lee. And, indeed it may very well be a Nokia advert, but using old footage?

I still like to believe, keeps the heart warm.....ya know?

I do wonder if this is real footage.

Not that i doubt Bruce Lee's ability with the weapon, i grew up watching every bit of footage of the guy out there and he is stunning at whatever he touches.

I've just never seen this table tennis footage, and it almost looks like on of those adverts for a sports company. Like the one where Ali's daughter fights him in the ring.

Great video though, thanks for sharing.

Bruce Lee has to be my biggest inspiration, although i have to say (unfortunately) this video is a Nokia Advertisement for the N96 Bruce Lee edition and involves "a Bruce Lee impersonator". They also released a video with him lighting matches with nun chucks. Sorry guys, I'll try find a few amazing real videos.

If you like that then you're gonna love this.

I like the way Bruce Lee uses old school CGI here as oppose to in his newer adverts.

This viral advert from 2008 made me cry due to the fact that Bruce Lee actually came back from the dead, made himself young again and in his famous yellow-black catsuit and shot an advert for Nokia.

I'm afraid not...

After a tantalizing preview of a ten-second video clip
named “Bruce Lee’s secret training video” featuring a Bruce Lee lookalike playing ping pong with a pair of nunchaku in the internet a couple of weeks ago, the secret is finally revealed.

More Info

There is another one of 'Bruce' lighting matches...

Yes, it is very much fake. Although I would have loved it to be real, as LiveForever8 it was a advert for a Nokia handset and skin...

It is also obvious by the quality of the video. It has been rendered to look aged, but when you look at the players it is too good of quality to be around when Lee was alive.

Just thought I would add this too. As you can see by my image below, the faces are completely different. Proving the point that it is in fact an impersonator.

None of you have proved it fake yet though.

Just calling something fake is not proving it.

Please find something that will convince me.

I am open to the realization it is fake, but I require evidence.

I don't see why this has to be fake though. It's totally realistic to play ping pong with a knife if you were "good enough".

No I don't see what you see.

I see that they look exactly the same. Except one is in color and the other is black and white.

Can someone please debunk this professionally?

Posting a subjective opinion is not how you debunk something. You need evidence.
