Well i'm sure u will see them either tomorrow or soon.

it's not everyday but it sure seems like the trails are getting more and more common as each day goes by, i hope it's clear tomorrow, wish i had a better camera tbh.

.............sigh..............................

No, contrails last for as long as the conditons permit, just like clouds. Why do "chemtrail" believers always forget clouds?

At first i thought it might of been down to an increase in air traffic full of holidaymakers but it seems odd that it was only that day and now today.

To really tell, you need to track both trails you see and the weather. Contrails are used for quicky forecasting. A persistent contrail shows a saturated upper atmosphere, which usually precedes wet weather. No contrails, means the air up there is not saturated, so fair weather for a while.
Learned that from a US sailor's post. It's used at sea on carriers.

Mtaftm.....

You are very welcome!

It is a great thing that ATS has enabled you to learn there is no such thing as a chemtrail.

Agent_USA_Supporter.....

That is completely incorrect.

There is no such thing as a "chemtrail".

Mostly manmade cirrus I'm afraid. The curse of our obsession with flying. Even when no obvious contrails are formed, over the course of a few hours the shear number of aircraft flying through our skies (over 7,000 across the British Isles every day) results in the gradual build up of thin cirrus. One of the reasons it often turns hazy as the day progresses.

Some natural cloud on the horizon by the looks of things though.
