also they way its positioned though doesnt fit to me...the thing is that person lying there got 4 hands something common in Indian culture...so that why they pictured it that way

always keep in mind this picture was chosen to be in a UFO documentary not just picked up at random

The man's hand is obviously in a closed position, which indicates that he is clutching something (ie, a Flower).

Flowers are EXTREMELY common in Indian Art and Overall Culture. Even a key-ring holder which my friend brought back for me from India (Where he is from), depicts upon it a woman with a sari extending one hand out towards a blossoming tree.

Vishnu, who is depicted in the mural which the OP displayed, is more often than not portrayed as holding the sacred Lotus Flower (Which also happens to be the National Flower of India):

Just in case, I've made it even easier for the OP. Here is the image of the photo with a bass relief filter applied. You can clearly see the stem of the flower protruding on either end of the hand.

Darn those ancient UFO's! Flying around, attached to strings and all.

These images may give you the clue. Vishnu and Lakshmi also known as the divine
couple always associated with flowers. Most definitely no UFO but a flower.

Not be negative man, but all you had to do was use some logic, and do some of your own research before posting this thread. rather, you drew your own conclusions based merely on what u saw. This thread would be better suited if you had merely shared the video with us, rather than stirring up a time and energy-consuming debate over a flower in a painting.

I think the bigger problem was that he viewed the UFO documentary as flawless in its logic because it was on TV.

Remember kids, even though it's in a UFO documentary, it could still be something simple. Chances are, the makers of the documentary have the same eyes as you, and fail to see the simplistic alternatives that could present themselves.

Edit: To the OP's credit, he saw his mistake and admitted it. That's a great thing that doesn't usually happen.
For instance:

Forget the flower for a minute, let's focus on the STS incident. Those UFOs you see in that video are nothing more than camera artifacts which were perfectly reproduced in a studio by a professional. I wish I had the video to show the proof but I have been unable to find it through Google. I'm probably not typing in the right search terms though.

Just thought I'd let you know the STS UFOs were debunked long ago, as anyone with a camera can reproduce the exact same shapes and light strobing patterns you witness on the supposed "crafts".

I usually believe pretty much everything I see, but I'm afraid this is no proof.
While I see that this does resemble a UFO, I think you are looking too hard. I believe this is only a flower.
However many other pictures have what apears to be a ufo. I recently found one from c. 6000 BC of an alien abduction.

Could be anything. Think about it in religious terms and it becomes a picture of people falling into Hell. Think about it in some kind of gladitorial terms and it becomes the nobles watching people fight.

It's all perception. You see it as a UFO because you've got UFOs on the brain and you want to see UFOs. Noble endeavor, but it doesn't help much when it starts dragging you along with it.

You give a good point, but there is still a change that the image depicts alien abduction.

I want to see it. Really, really badly.

But it just looks like a flower, no matter how much I tilt my head and squint my eyes :/ sorry.
