I am not a prophet or a mathematician.

MAD props, as always to Evasius for turning an old man from Kansas on to novelty.

I have recently learned that Terrence McKenna, did not anticipate some doomsday occurring in December, 2012 as some, like the History Channel will elude to. I have also learned that he, rather arbitrarily assigned the bombing of Hiroshima as the 'seed' date, if you will, not out of anything more than his personal beliefs, though he and his brother both claim to have been in contact with a universal-type consciousness during their 'trip' in the rain forest.

For my explorations I use an online version of the Timewave calculator found here: www.timewave2012.com...

Some of you have seen a previous thread that explored the similarities between propoganda being used against us today and the pervasivenss of the same in a portion of the timewave in 1942. Here is a link for that if you get bored.
Timewave Zero - Nazi Germany and ( the current) United States

You may be aware that we have a pretty big dip coming up in the wave near the end of October, 2009. contrary to what seems like human nature, the wave graphs are read rather 'upside down.' Dips on the wave correlate to novelty, rather than an absence of it. This leads us to a moment of 'infinite' novelty at the end of the wave in 2012.

What I have keyed in on, in an attempt to further test the validity of this theory, in my own uneducated way, is the most recent period that resonates with our current time period. This, if I am not mistaken, is a period around 1942.

What I've done below is overlay the period of 2002-2012 with the slice of timewave representing 1936-1947. Of course, you'll notice that after 1945, the graph moves up in the past, but for OUR time, no such movement is indicated. The section represented here also encompasses the 2012, where the timewave represents the infinite novelty. I'm certainly no expert at patterns, but this appears to be a pretty close match to me.

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/7b6c844df7fe.png[/atsimg]

And to take it down even further, this composite represents Oct, 1941-Aug,1942 and the year 2009.

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/a069b8737a75.png[/atsimg]

Again, a very close match to my untrained eye.

To try and find the exact date and time that this dip represents, I cut the wave down to approximately 24 hours in both sections (the 2009 slice is closer to 18 hours.) What we have here is July 14th, 1942 and October 26, 2009.

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/83a2528aadeb.png[/atsimg]

One thing I found very interesting is that the dip takes place at 18:00 on both days. In 1942 it's a Friday and in 2009 it's a Monday.

Having perhaps as little understanding of this theory as I ever have, I went on a quest to find items of novelty that occurred on the given date in 1942.

The entire timewave is huge and similarities can certainly be found further back along the wave, but I feel that given the seed date that Mr. McKenna chose and the similarities that I have seen between our most recent resonance and the current time, the 1940's is the period I would like to focus on. Warfare, civil unrest, propaganda and discrimination were a big part of the world in 1942, much as they are now.

It was very difficult for me to find anything specific to the date of July 14, 1942 that would qualify as novel, in my narrow opinion that had little to do with WWII. Apparently it was a pretty big deal and policies and news of that period reflected the increasing resources and manpower devoted to defeating the Nazi war machine.

Here are some snippets of that time period that may be pertinent to my efforts.

1942 had it's own 'healthcare crisis.' A shortage of qualified medical professionals, due to the increased war effort, led Eleanor Roosevelt, the first lady to write this in one of the hundreds of daily writings she released.

have just had drawn to my attention the difficulties which are today confronting hospitals all over the country, and the magnificent way in which these difficulties are being met. Many doctors and nurses, who are needed in the armed forces, are being drawn from the hospitals. They are, therefore, trying to meet the needs of the civilian population with a reduced staff of doctors and, in many cases, a nursing force which can only provide expert supervision for new nurses in training.
This is going to require on the part of the civilians less use of hospitals for unimportant illnesses that can be cared for at home, more thoughtfulness in the demands made on doctors and nurses when in the hospital, and a certain amount of patience and understanding of the problems created by the war situation.

The war continues to be waged on many fronts.

In North Africa... In fierce fighting, attacks by the British 1st Armored Division on Ruwesiat Ridge lead to heavy losses on both sides, but little advance.

In the Mediterranean... Supplies continue to be sent to Malta to relieve desperate shortages. The HMS Eagle flies in 31 Spitfires. Submarines are also used to bring in food and materiel. The Italian Navy is also using submarines to ferry supplies to North Africa, where the supply situation for Rommel's troops is also critical.

a side note on this snippet. The Soviet Union was apparently miffed with the US at this point, due to the US, her ally in WWII all but turning her back on the Soviets as the Nazi machine continues to roll through the Soviet Union on its way to Stalingrad.

The Battle of Stalingrad would officially begin three days later, on July 17th, 2009.

In Amsterdam, the first transport of Jews to camp Westerbrook begins.

The transfer of Jews from Amsterdam to Westerbork began on the night of 14/15 July 1942, and the first transport left for Auschwitz on the following day. In addition, on 15 July the Dutch railroad company Nederlandse Spoorwegen received an order for the construction of a 5 km railroad into Camp Westerbork.

The beginning of the summer of 1942 saw an increase in the efforts made by the Nazis to create and operate more facilities to exterminate Jews from captured countries.

June, 1942 was the first mention made in the press about the slaughters.

1942: The story of a young Jew, Emanuel Ringelblum, (who escaped from the Chelmno death camp after being forced to bury bodies as they were thrown out of the gas vans), was published in the underground Polish Socialist newspaper Liberty Brigade. The West now knew the "bloodcurdling news ... about the slaughter of Jews," and it had a name-Chelmno.

thisdayinjewishhistory.blogspot.com...

A few weeks prior in June, 1942, race riots in Detroit were responsible for the killing of 34 people.

The economic condition of the world was also very precarious at this time. The United States was in a wartime economy, which many attribute to the end of the Great Depression. Germany had failed to begin it's wartime economic practices and many attribute this to their decline.

By funneling money into war industries, the American government played an important role in the economic boom. The federal budget rose from $9 billion in 1939 to $100 billion in 1945. Roosevelt wanted to fund the war solely with tax increases, but conservatives in Congress would not comply. They reached a compromise by agreeing to pay for half of the war with revenue raised from increased taxes and the remainder by borrowing from the public.

It is obvious that July 14, 1942 was a busy day in a busy year. The world has had a busy year in 2009 as well.

If similarities are to present themselves in October they could very well be as follows:
We will continue to have healthcare issues, perhaps even shortages of practitioners, a new battle will begin shortly after Oct 26, previously unknown, but ongoing atrocities could come to light and the economy could very well begin to recover as a result of increased military spending.

My personal interpretation is that this is going to be a pivotal time in our existence when something is revealed to us that is very disturbing. The resonance in 1942 is dripping with death, war, racial problems and economic upheavals. Sounds a lot like 2009 already. We've got one more major dip before 2012.

We are currently in a very long increase in novelty that comes to a minor head on October 26, 2009.

I am most interested in hearing if you know of an event that happened on July 14, 1942 or even a previous resonance that you feel would qualify as novel.

I know this is rather jumbled, but I am only human.
I also know that many will consider this bunk. That's fine, really.
I'm just trying to understand it all.

Peace.

Nothing to add to this, but to say well done.

I appreciate the time and effort that you have put forth, and since it's less than a month away, we shall see what happens.

i had similar thoughts about this as well and it is quite interesting as well, the world might be changing as we know it.

My thoughts if there is any validity to the theory, maybe July 14th, 1942 was the deciding moment or climax of innovation with war efforts, technology and someone thought of the key to developing the atomic bomb. Then, if that is true, we won't know or see anything in October as that information won't be revealed until later. This ends up not proving anything. However if you go by that date and 3 years later in 1945 when the atomic bombs went off and correspond the 2009 time to 3 years later to 2012, you might have some people wondering what is going to happen.

Keep in mind that just because a dip in novelty (increase in novelty rather) that correlates to one in a previous time does not indicate that there will be similar events. Merely it indicates that there will be events which will generate a similar level of novelty (aka new things, ideas, revelations etc.)

I think that the resonance we have with the 1940s is sort of an opposite pattern.

What I mean by that is that while the events of WWII and the 1940s were mainly destructive, I think now we are seeing the reverse of that. Instead of great destruction, I think we will see great creation and more types of novelty that involve new technology or ideas that empower people. Of course that's my personal opinion, but I think more or less that is how things are going.

And while this October dip may be big, keep in mind that the timewave restarts early on in 2010. As you know the timewave is a fractal, it restarted in 1942 or whenever the atom bomb was exploded (at least that is the seed date as KSPigpen pointed out). It also restarts in 2010, with time going at a much faster pace, just like time has seemingly been speeding up after the last restart. It seems like so much more info was packed into the last 60 years than for much of history. Again, personal opinion, although it can be somewhat backed up with the rapid increase and distribution of technology.

Anyways I'm kind of rambling, but that's my 2 cents.

Nice work, can you figure out the correlation of the date of July 10th, 2010 when it really drops off the cliff then?

Hi.
Ian Lungold, who was the biggest promoter of the 2012 theory, changed the date to October 2011 before he died. He said it had something to do with "rapid acceleration."

So supposedly, the "creation cycles" are supposed to end on October 28, 2011.

Is there any readings that show something for that date?

i wonder if this is the day when Iran will be attacked by Israel?

This could be a turning point in History for sure.

good work by the way.

I've read a few of these timewave threads and I believe there is legitimacy to the idea. This is my first post in one of these threads, though.

Two things for me to look at in regards to the October dip. Both were covered in the op (good thread btw, S&F)
1. Israel or the US attacks Iran.
2. Domestic terrorists begin to be rounded up in America and possibly elsewhere.

If either of those things, or others I can't think of right now as it is late and I'm headed to bed immediately after this post, happen on or around the 26th of October, I'll be shocked.

But at the same time, I'll be elated because we can see the end. It isn't far.

For a long time now I've been keeping my eye on this date, I'm not even sure why. I strongly feel this is not going to be another dud, something is going to happen. I rarely speak out in prediction threads cuz I'm almost 90% sure its always bs. But not this time, this time it's the other way around.

Here is something for you. "Javier Solana" was born July 14, 1942. He is believed by many to be the anti-christ. He is the main person dealing with Iran on their nuclear issue.

"In view of today's announcement concerning Iran's nuclear program the upcoming meeting on Oct 1 is more important and necessary than ever. At this meeting we expect Iran to engage fully in order to resolve the nuclear issue," Solana said in a statement issued by his office.

Starred and flagged and Sharpie-penned on my boob. And not just for thorough work, but I can't believe a stripper cow is so knowledgeable in the timewave.

Plus this is fresh doom, so naturally I gravitate...thank you.

Following the hypnotic trance I received watching the waving of the udder in the OP, I began to realize I was missing something....my sensibility.

Best guess for me in October would be a financial collapse of significant magnitude, probably by a large bank like Bank of America, leading to a loss of confidence in US banks by clients here and abroad. That would have a cascading effect on the value of the dollar, the dollar as the international basis, and future US revenues in general.

But I don't like to think that way. I'm going back to watch the waving udder.

It's udderly ridiculous.

I'm thinking that some events that shaped the world didn't make it to the historical record books. What may be a small localized event may in fact be the trigger you search for.

Things I'd look for in this time frame that I don't have time to research....

Bush/Nazi connection dissolution
War events that affected a particular soldier now in political office
Antigravity experiments were in full swing at this time as well...Philidelphia experiment was '43
The US was in a depression/recession during WWII, at one point being totally tapped for cash/bonds
OSS ( now CIA ) was created? Strong arm of the corporate empire?

Just some thoughts...for what its worth.

Nice thread
(star and flag)

Although i'm not into predicting, timewave zero, webbot etc, i will try and assist in finding out what huge event took place on July 14th 1942....

Going through old newspapers from that era i found out that July 14th 1942 is the exact date they started deporting all dutch-jewish people to "work" camps....

For those who can read dutch here's a newspaper from that day....

Het Parool

Very interesting to read that people back then were still assuming those who got deported would return after they had done their work....

I have no idea if this helps and wether or not the deportation of jewish people started on the same date throughout the whole of Europe.....anybody??

Peace

Nice job on the thread.

We should keep an eye on this even if this particular date passes without anything seemingly obvious happening. The reason is because sometimes the catalyst for a life changing event doesn't become obvious until the domino effect has a chance to occur -- kind of like the butterfly effect.

For example, Hitler taking office was seemingly uneventful -- that is right up until he started gassing jews.

People tend to forget the reasons why the accuracy of prophecies can not be fully determined until a future date.

There has been some awesome input into this thread and I thank you guys very much.

Again, I'm not a prophet, or a predictor, I really just want to undersatand more about the novelty theory and wether it can be used, to get a 'heads-up' about future events by recursively examining similar resonances from the past.

The idea of 'novelty' does not necessarily 'point' to a specific event in history. It has even been said that Timewave Zero, (or Timewave 1) whichever you happen to be using, points more to the 'average' novelty of any given time....that it can apply on a personal level, again, in average, the same as on a universal level. A time of increased novelty for YOU, may nor be as novel for someone else, but the AVERAGE is what is represented.

I am undoubtedly biased in my approach, and thus make a fairly lousy researcher.
The seed date, the destruction of Hiroshima, was definitely a novel occurrence. For me, the novelty comes in the destruction of thousands of lives simultaneously. The knowledge that this date was chosen for the seed, and it's associated impact on humanity, skews my interest in the wave to similar, life-ending periods.

The significance of October 26, 2009 is completely unknown to me. I have limited access to records of what I, PERSONALLY might interpret as novel, for humanity, but again, I'm slightly skewed. That's sort of why I really feel more eyes on something works a lot better than just two.

If you folks can keep in mind the things I noted, come up with your OWN idea of what you think qualifies as novel, in the 1942 resonance, or earlier ones and stay aware so that we can look for similarities, it might help us make more sense out of it, or it might not.

The biggest problem I see, is that even if we DID stumble, miraculously, upon some way to have an idea of S hitting the F from the Timewave, we're really sort of running out of time, or at least, according to the wave itself, approaching the point of infinite novelty, where we won't really need to know the future any way.

Things of note for ME:

A LOT of Jews rounded up and killed (tens of thousands)
Russia having to fend for HERSELF when Nazis invade
Battle of Stalingrad starts
OSS formed (precursor to CIA)
Pacific battles
European battles
Beginnings of economic recovery BECAUSE of war
A few days later, the Jet-powered made it's first flight on July 18, 1942

The atom bomb had been thought about for some time already, with a letter from Einstein to FDR in 1939.

No sir. The wave was given a seed date of August 6, 1945, the day Hiroshima was bombed. To that, a period was added to it that represented an 'age' the end of that cycle was originally November 11, 2012, but after correction was moved to 12,21,12.

The wave may very well, begin to repeat again, but the compression on it is so extreme that it resembles the current wave only in minutia and in reality, at least according to the theory, it would be, for all intents and purposes, all of the wave happening in an instant. Infinite Novelty.

the premier problem with the theory is that time is an arbitrary thing.
