(DOR) Encounter

"What in the hell...? Dude do you see that?"

"Dude it's a star or Venus or something. Our view changes as the night passes. It could be anything. And it's 3 in the morning. How often are you up in the mountains at that time?"

"Yeah it could be anything, true. But it's so damn bright though man, it has to be a......... a......... what else could it be?"

"Whatever, just because it can't be explained logically in the moment doesn't mean it's what you are thinking"

"And what is that? Tell me Mr. mind reader, what am I thinking?"

"Oh c,mon do you really think I'm that dumb?"

"No, but just because I am more open minded than you does not mean I automatically think it's a UFO, besides the meaning of UFO is UNIDENTIFIED flying object is it not?"

"Yeah but just because it is thus far unidentified does not mean it's alien controlled or that it can't be identified. I mean seriously, how many unknown technologies and experiments does the government own?"

"See your assuming again that I automatically lump UFO with aliens."

"Whatever, I never said that."

"But you were thinking it."

"Who's the mind reader now?"

"You know what, you don't have any sense of adventure do you?"

"I have an amazing sense of adventure. I just don't count out logic."

"How can you use logic for the unexplained?"

"Who's to say its unexplained?"

"Then explain it to me Einstein."



"OH MY GOD! DID YOU SEE THAT?!"

"YEAH, WHAT THE HELL MAN, IT HAS TO BE SOME KIND OF GOVERNMENT..."

"NO WAY, NO WAY IT'S GOVERNMENT! HOW COULD IT MOVE LIKE THAT?!"

"Maybe it's a........ a......."

"OH MAN! THIS IS INSANE!!!!"

"Man, I don't know what that is but it is kind of creeping me out and I say we......"

"Bro, seriously it looks like its getting closer. Hey maybe that's not the best idea to do that man. We don't know what might happen. You might piss it off or something."

"I have this with me for a reason. 30,000,000 candle power is sure to let it know were here."

"Maybe we don't want it to know were here."

"Look Jake, it's still getting closer. Let's get the hell out of here."

"You get the moment of a lifetime and you want to leave?"

"Well yeah, we could be abducted or something. Ah screw that. I can't cower now."

"Hell yeah man that's what I'm talk..............."






"Can you believe that just happened?"

"No actually I can't."

"No one will believe us."

"No one, ever."

"This makes science so childish."

"You know how in the movies they say the history books will have to be
re-wrote?"

"Yeah."

"It's true."

"Man all this time I was just another average Joe not believing in anything other than what is immediately available."

"I can't believe that actually happened."

"Me too."

"So now what? Should we try to tell others or warn them?"

"They won't believe us."

"I know but we have to try, right?"

"Yeah."

"What time is it?"

"My watch is froze at 3:33, weird."

"Lets get off this mountain."

"Agreed."



"Wait, I don't remember driving this far do you?"

"No."

"What the hell?"

"I don't know man but I really want to go home."

"So do I."

I very much enjoyed this story as well. 30,000,000 candle power had me laughing my head off. That sounds like something I'd do.
