The MO of the site is to post a new page with coded text the same color as the background of quotes from Shakespeare plays. The pic is usually labeled in binary and matches the title of the page, usually the name of a Shakespeare work.

The code solves easily in a Base 64 decoder.

Also to people posting the long codes.
