I think it's unfair to say that they haven't suffered enough.
Although the majority of the Dutch people still hate the Germans, especially with soccer, but like UP siad, they are NATO members too. So there is no need to be affriad.

I am more affraid for the Russians that for Germany.

1) It's normal. When you know what the Dutch had to suffer from the Nazis occupation, you understand why they still hate them. By the end of the WW2, the Netherlands were starving by the fault of the nazis.

1) Well, like the USA have saved my country 3 times ( WW 1, WW 2 and Cold War ), I'm still seeing them like our best military allies.

I hope you are not refering to war against Iraq. It's a polytical joke:

1) If Iraq declares they have NBC weapons, USA and UK will attack.

2) If Iraq declares they haven't NBC weapons, USA and UK will say 'they are lying' and will attack anyway.

...then, why to request a weapon declaration? Just attack them! I don't like Saddam, but I don't like USA and UK position to declare Iraq guilty without proofs.

...and if you have proofs, tell me, cause nor USA nor UK trust the rest of the world enough to the point to agree about sharing the proofs 'they say' they have with us.

Back on topic: Germans of 60 years ago aren't Germans of today. I'm disturbed by that anti-german sentiment. It pisses me off. No German is guilty of their grandfathers crimes. It's a non-sense.

From a purely factual stand point, the German Army in WW2 was by far the world's most powerful landforce. If Hitler had left the war in the hands of the generals, they may well of won. Or should I say would have won.
