Please help - log in problems (Send U2U To SimonGray For Help)

I have to notify an admin/staff because I cannot log in using my normal username/password. All of a sudden, I'm getting "Usernam/password not valid" messages. But I cannot u2u them because this acccount does not have the minimum 20 posts.

Can an admin/mod please help? I can send my email address if you want.

Thanks for the pointer, Umbrax. But nothing is working yet, no attempts to login or reset password or anything else works.

I have made no changes on this side. I don't know what the problem is.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help. All I know is that the admin has been working 'round the clock to fix this problem.

Jsobecky, it had happened to me as well. After I recieved the email, I was able to get on though. Oh well, at least I'm back. Hopefully you'll be back soon too!!

Thank goodness I had updated my email address in the Settings, I wouldn't have been able to recieve anything.

I think you are probably right, but unless I can log in, I cannot make any changes/edits.

New members and those with less than 20 posts can u2u staff.
As far as I know, this has always been true.

Did you try to u2u any staff, jsobecky

Since last post, I have received a u2u from you, DTOM. And was able to send u2u to admin successfully.
