Seriously now, what is the hallmark of an Al-Qaeda attack?

A big bomb? Or is there some kind of "Joker" calling card left after the scene?

Only asking?

Dont shoot the mesenger here

Can you explain what exactly a hallmark is, and how it implicates AQ when it was clearly an Israeli false flag attack?

Why didn't they warn the other people to get out.

The al-Qaida claim said Jordan became a target because it was "a backyard garden for the enemies of the religion, Jews and crusaders ... a filthy place for the traitors ... and a center for prostitution." The authenticity of the posting could not be independently verified, but it appeared on an Islamic Web site that is a clearing house for statements by militant groups.

The claim, signed in the name of the terrorist group's spokesman, said the attacks put the United States on notice that the "backyard camp for the crusader army is now in the range of fire of the holy warriors."

The hotels, frequented by Israelis and Americans among other foreign guests, have long been on al-Qaida's hit list.

Until late Wednesday, Amman — a comfortable, hilly city of white stone villas and glitzy high-rises — had mostly avoided large-scale attacks and was a welcome sanctuary of stability in a troubled region.

Al-Zarqawi is most known for the string of devastating suicide attacks launched in Iraq, often against U.S. targets but also against Shiite Iraqis. He has shown a flair for propaganda and drawn wide support among militants in the region.

But outside Iraq, and especially in Jordan, he has been equally active.

He was sentenced to death in absentia by a Jordanian military court for the October 2002 assassination of a U.S. diplomat, Laurence Foley, in Amman.

His group also is accused of previously trying to blow up the Radisson SAS in Amman as part of the so-called Millennium plot in 1999 and of the August attack at the Jordanian port of Aqaba. In Amman, a security official said authorities had tips on suspects who are being hunted, including possible sleeper cells or individuals who may have assisted the attackers and later fled in a vehicle bearing Iraqi license plates.

Many Westerners, including tourists, businessmen and foreign contractors working in Iraq, were staying at the three hotels. The Radisson is known to be popular with Israeli tourists.

About 300 people waving Jordanian flags and portraits of King Abdullah protested near the Radisson hotel on Thursday. "You are devils. Enough is enough," read one placard carried by the protesters. "Zarqawi, you are scum," another read.

In August, Iraq's al Qaeda claimed responsibility for a failed rocket attack on U.S. Navy ships in Jordan's Aqaba port.

Zarqawi was jailed in Jordan for 15 years in 1996, but was freed three years later under an amnesty by King Abdullah.

Zarqawi try to target the Radisson hotel the last time. not surprise the terrorists would try to destroy wat they fail to do in the past. kinda like bombing of WTC in 93 is now destroyed in 2001. Zarqawi has a grudge against the Jordanian govt for putting him in prison and for recognizing Israel so its no surprise Zarqawi is expanding his operations out of Iraq. to catch people off guard and to show his resolve wat he can do.

need help on links please. dont know why it keeps doing dat sometimes.

Israelies Evacuated From Amman Hotel Hours BEFORE Terrorist Bombings

How did they know???

Err I guess that they've changed their mind about that one as that link is to a story which states No truth to report of Israeli evacuations before Amman bombs

It's always the same story put around by anti-jew propagandists every time and always proves to be incorrect!

Debunked?

Do you have a source for that, or are we supposed to take you at your word?

As for the AQ claim of responsibility which one of you here wrote the message on the forum?

I think we all know how worthless a forum post is as a source.

Israelies Evacuated From Amman Hotel Hours BEFORE Terrorist Bombings

How did they know???

And the source that you just posted shows this. Did you not read the first part of the first paragraph?

There is no truth to reports that Israelis staying at the Radisson SAS hotel in Amman on Wednesday were evacuated by Jordanian security forces before the bombing that took place there.

The Israelis were escorted back to Israel by Jordanian security personnel only after the attacks had taken place, contrary to earlier reports.

Debunking unbunked.

Amos N. Guiora, a former senior Israeli counter-terrorism official, said in a phone interview with The Times that sources in Israel had also told him about the pre-attack evacuations.

The 'retractions' if they exist are simply covering what is known to be true.

Israelies were evacuated BEFORE the terrorist bombings.

On my honor it did not say that at the time I posted it.

The words I posted were a direct cut-n-paste from the page.

Please look here:

Same source.....

Which one is correct?

There are other sources saying the same thing including an Israeli with high level connections as linked in my previous post.

The Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported that Israelis staying at the Radisson on Wednesday had been evacuated before the attacks and escorted back home "apparently due to a specific security threat."

Amos N. Guiora, a former senior Israeli counter-terrorism official, said in a phone interview with The Times that sources in Israel had also told him about the pre-attack evacuations.

"It means there was excellent intelligence that this thing was going to happen," said Guiora, a former leader of the Israel Defense Forces who now heads the Institute for Global Security Law and Policy at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. "The question that needs to be answered is why weren't the Jordanians working at the hotel similarly removed?"

See I'm confuse as he is, why did the Jordanian security forces not evacuate everyone instead of just only the Israelis. This really makes me wonder.......unless Abdullah is an agent of Israel.

Why would the Israeli mossad bomb hotels that are popular with Israelis? Why would they bomb a hotel, that needs to be evacuated of israelis, so that people like you can say they did it. This is just stupid and illogical.

Also what Arab would sacrifice himself for the Israeli mossad? Your arguments are made out of your hate of jews and are totally illogical.

Every terror attack, there are jew-haters that who say that Israelis were evacuated. In truth, this is fiction.

The Jodanian Monarchy was created by the British, and there are claims that the royal family is JEWISH.

Rather than going off topic I will leave you to search on your own.

>>>Why would the Israeli mossad bomb hotels that are popular with Israelis?

To blame AQ and promote the War on Islam.

That no Israelies were killed makes your point here moot.

>>>Why would they bomb a hotel, that needs to be evacuated of israelis, so that people like you can say they did it. This is just stupid and illogical.

False flag attack.

They would do it so that headlines in the west promoted their agenda of Muslim hatred.

>>>Also what Arab would sacrifice himself for the Israeli mossad?

Were you there, and did you see an Arab do it?

>>>Your arguments are made out of your hate of jews and are totally illogical.

It makes perfect logic to me, and I hardly hate Jews.

My Grandmother was a Karaite Jew.

>>>Every terror attack, there are jew-haters that who say that Israelis were evacuated. In truth, this is fiction.

Everyone?

You have conclusive proof that it is not true?

Lavon Affair.....................................

The claim that they were evacuated comes from a Jewish run Israeli newspaper.

Are you saying that those Jews hate Jews?

If it is true that the claims are being made it is not 'hate' to repeat it.

TransJordan may have been recognized by Britain but the first leader is not Jewish. And King Abdullah who is the father of King Abdullah is supposedly the direct descendant of Prophet Muhammed as we all know is not Jewish. And if the royal family were Jewish they wouldnt be participating the wars against Israel along with the other Arab nations.

Oh really, so you are claiming that an agent of mossad would become a suicide bomber? Mossad is not a religious group, why would one of their own kill themselves, unless Israel is in extreme danger. They are not expecting 72 virgins for their actions.

False Flag Attack? How does bombing a hotel with Israelis in it help them, if they evacuate the Israelis. People find out they evacuate the Israelis, and then allege that mossad did it. That does not make sense.

Bombing one of the countless hotels with no Israelis makes more sense. This turns Jordinians against Al-Qiada, and does not require the evacuations, besides it does more if Arabs are killed. Your argument makes no sense.

You are always against Israel no matter what. Some of the worst jew-haters have jewish blood. They hate that part of themselves so much that they lash out at others.

Anyway it was too harsh to call you a jew hater, but I just dont understand why you have such an exclusive hate for Israel.
