If you whistleblow against one side you will be devastated, the other… protected.

Legal protection matters less than the side you make look bad.

The State will eventually start attacking anyone it considers fringe having an 'extreme' ideology and regarded a danger to various political and financial interests. For the record, I don't know this guy so I can't comment on what he did or didn't.

I agree 100% and this proves the "whistleblower protection" is dependent on who is being implicated. Certainlt O'keefe will not be protected by the deep state.

I agree when you're on the wrong side you're not protected but again there isn't much of protection to anyone who wants to expose wrongdoings and you may find yourself in big trouble like Julian Assange.

There really is only 2 answers to this. 1. He should say what the evidence is about and THEN produce evidence, because what he claims as evidence might be a nothing burger.
But more importantly 2. He should not have said anything and just released the evidence therefore giving no one a chance to stop it or stop him.
I only see people who do this "expose" type situation are just hyping up a story.

If O'keefe has audio or audio/video or written evidence proving Democrats and Non-MAGA Republicans conspired to place thousands of fraudulent Biden votes in key/close 2020 races, giving him the Presidency, HE (O'keefe) will be the hero of MILLIONS of U.S. Citizens. Repeat: HERO OF MILLIONS!

The same is true of anyone who produces this proof. We know it happened. Humans organized it. Somebody needs to Deliver that evidence and receive what HEROES are awarded.
