Axios journalist Barak Ravid, citing a senior Israeli official, reported that hundreds of drones were headed for Israel.

So was the 2020 incident a dry run, testing of equipment, or not connected to Iran using this drone attack?

Billy must be on the run. I was looking into the grants awarded in 2002, since that is when Phoebe was born.
I tried to access September 14 but I was blocked. In fact Aug and October as well. [8 +9+10=17] I wonder what grants he is trying to hide?
I went back to try again and the grants have changed. Maybe I'm being blocked. Fortunately I take notes.

This is what 2002 looks like now.
