Does She Really Want to Stay on this Case ?
" Jim Jordan Launches CONTEMPT Warning At Fani Willis! "
The landmark racketeering case in Atlanta against former President Donald J. Trump and others has been assigned to Scott F. McAfee, a recently appointed Fulton County Superior Court judge who was once supervised by the district attorney overseeing the case.

Lots of hearsay -- no established conflict of interest.
The judge worked for Fani Willis and donated to her campaign.
There is conflict of interest.
Again -- the judge is bound by the law.
Yeah ... and he's up for re-election in a district that is heavily black.
If he took a black female off the case he would not be re-elected.
That's just the reality of it.
You know I"m not a Trump fan, but in this case his attorneys are correct.
Fani Willis, and her boy toy, have no business on this case.
Judges are human -- you are not going to find an unbiased human.
Never going to happen.
Just another "poor Trump" excuse.

I am a court reporter and this is 100 percent grounds for recusal and appeal. I have seen judges offer recusal in even simple injury cases because the judge knew the doctor that treated them. Fani was literally his boss prior to his placement on the bench. How is that not a major conflict of interest? If you were accused of something, would you think it fair if the Judge deciding your fate used to directly work for your accuser just prior to his appointment?
reminder that year ago, Fani Willis got dressed down by an extremely effeminate judge for hosting a fundraiser for the **political opponent of a Trump elector she was trying to prosecute**
judge calls it "horrific" conflict
she should have been disqualified/disbarred then
