Boo!
Just breaking now that the Judge has decided Fani Willis can stay on the case...as long as her lova, Nathan Wade, hits the road.
For her part, the Judge said Willis has the choice to disqualify herself or not.

Seems like the Judge got scared...because Willis lied like hell.

More as this develops.

What a joke. It's obvious to everyone that they lied (even the shills here who pretend they believe them--we know you're just going through the motions.)

The entire case is tainted because the office bringing it is full of known, proven liars.

Unbelievable.

Total corruption and criminal gang is approved by a judge.

This country is about done.

Judge is obviously worried about his own upcoming election.

How long do we wait before we consider the banana republic official?

I was rather worried about that. And he seemed to be telegraphing it in his radio interview the other day, trying to say he had a draft ruling before he knew he had an election challenger.

He was getting out in front of the obvious conclusion that this was a political decision.

We know for a fact they both lied.

The corruption in Fulton County is undeniable now.

Anyone got MSNBC on?

Whatever they're saying over there is what's gonna be posted here by our resident leftists.

Both Willis and Wade clearly lied on the stand while under oath.
This ruling makes no sense.
BOTH should've been removed.

NO

But I am gonna say -- per usual -- whatever doesn't go "your" way is deemed corrupt.

Personally, I think it is a smart legal decision -- to continue a case with only a blip of disruption.

If both were dumped, the investigation regarding how they conspired with the Biden White House to get Donald Trump would end.

Now, Wade's replacement will have to go through that training and orientation. All eyes will be up on his or her every move.

How could just Wade be judged to be lying...when Willis and Wade shared the same story?
Wade gets thrown under the bus...and his practice and reputation has been effectively destroyed.

What you don't understand is this isn't about going my way. Having an obviously corrupt and proven liar left on to prosecute a case is an enormous blow to the integrity of our justice system.

I know you can't see that though. If they had to nuke Georgia to get Trump, you'd be on board with it.

It sounds like the judge is saying he doesn't think they were lying (even though an eyewitness and technical data directly contradict their testimony) but that he wants one of them off the case to avoid the appearance of conflict of interest.

He ruled as a Democrat rather than as a judge.

On the PLUS side...a judge decided the prosecutor in the case was removed for perceived corruption and impropriety ...which, in the long term, and appeals... is only good for Trump and other defendants.

The case, itself has also been irrevocably tainted.

Since the judge put himself out there to be intimidated coerced threatened and bribed for 3 weeks, perhaps he wrote a 20 or 30 page reason why this decision was made?

Aka loopholing to mitigate the obvious display of loopholing.
