To tell the truth, I have known most of the mods for years, yes I have disagreed with some, agree with some but always respected their decisions.

I always avoided arguments, yes I miss a lot of the members that has been banned, because many are great posters and with incredible ideas fantastic debates.

But you it is what it is and respect is a plus for a board to survive without running wild with rats and trolls.
