Why is nobody talking about Donald Trump buying a Glock yesterday?

I honestly didn't know that, I thought for sure it was federal law.

Take the guns first, go through due process second.

Just like the law is clear that someone with substance abuse problems cannot purchase a gun, it is also clear the someone under felony indictment cannot purchase a gun.

So if the Feds are going to indict Hunter for his alleged gun crime, then equal application of the law states that Trump should be indicted for his alleged gun crime. With the way the wind is blowing for the courts both cases would probably be thrown out and the laws deemed unconstitutional, but, as the law stands right now, if Trump took possession of the gun he committed a felony.

Please post the link to where he lied on his paperwork.

But in reality, he didn't buy it, so your TDS will have to wait .

Asking for a friend...
Please explain to me how someone under criminal investigation passes a background check to obtain a firearm?

Me thinks 4 years of Russia-gate has destroyed people's ability to think rationally or critically. Stories like this are excellent examples of this.

Meanwhile Biden's crackhead son lied on a federal background check then proceeded to illegally dispose that same firearm with almost no legal reproductions. Where were you when that went down?

He didn't buy the gun......

My buddy is a member of the Palmetto State Armory, where he was looking at the Glock, Forum and the store employee that was showing him the gun commented that he did in fact NOT PURCHASE IT.

He knows he would not have passed the background check and if he did "pass" it, it would have been illegally and he knows that.

You mean , having your sister-in-law/lover throw the gun in a grocery store dumpster isn't the proper way to dispose of a gun?
Who knew?

helps prove the theory that integrity is directly proportional to intelligence. When you lack both, you aren't hitting on much.

An update on this thread.

Looks like this will get resolved through the courts, Jack Smith learned of it and has made a filing in court. Looks like we will find out whether he really attempted to purchase the Glock, or not.

Link

“The defendant either purchased a gun in violation of the law and his conditions of release, or seeks to benefit from his supporters’ mistaken belief that he did so,” prosecutors wrote in a footnote. “It would be a separate federal crime, and thus a violation of the defendant’s conditions of release, for him to purchase a gun while this felony indictment is pending.”

If he did purchase it, or if he submitted the form, he would have two things to worry about. One is the federal law preventing gun purchases when under felony indictment. The other are the conditions of his bail. If he violated the conditions of his bail, it could be immediately revoked.
