During the lead up to the first impeachment the Democrat's own hand picked lawyer warned them that they were trying to impeach a president on the weekest grounds in the history of the country ... weaker even then the Bill Clinton impeachment ... yet the Democrats dismissed the warning from their own lawyer and proceeded too loose their case.

During their second rush job impeachment they failed again; which is not surprising since the following Jan 6th congressional prime time event's most dambing aligations where that Trump through his food against the wall and demanded his driver take him someplace he could have walked to in 5 minutes.

The world witnessed these events and know the score. Only the anti Trump sycophants still believe Trump deserved to be impeached.

The point is that it’s a legal question when you announce that “it doesn’t matter I win I win I win haha”.
It does matter, it takes place in a legal context, and the outcome is the outcome. Even if you continue to yell “it doesn’t matter !!”
Nobody cares if it doesn’t matter to you. Most of us know it matters in certain ways when it first happened, and will matter in certain ways if it’s expunged.

But The House of Representatives, not you, are the people who voted to impeach Trump, based on the evidence presented, not to mention the 57, a majority of Senators, who also voting to convict.

Now, as I said before, if this takes place it's largely symbolic. The two impeachments of Trump were both reactions of TDS and had no basis in reality. Yes, he was impeached twice, and like Schiffhead, it's a badge of honor. But with all the millions wasted on the Trump Russia hoax, surely you can spare a few dollars for them to exonerate Trump. Or do you think that expunging his impeachments will bring him back?
