The list also included items that said US Government Document, which were also acknowledged by Trump.

Are you saying Trump or any of his reps validated each item and description?

That is what their signing off of the inventory and attesting to its accuracy in a court of law would indicate.

Was "medical records" itemized to be signed off on?

The answer is obviously, no.

Thus why i wonder how your BS matches up to facts.

Hint: they dont

What you have yet again is an appeal to an authority that has almost no integrity.

No facts.

How do you know if there were medical records or not among the documents taken by the FBI?

Because they gave them back to Trump.

Who told you that? The FBI? Trump?

You cherry pick what facts you want to accept and what facts you want to reject.

knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.

Trump claims he had the authority as President. That will be for the courts to decide.

Agents with security clearance sifted through the trove of documents found at the former president’s Palm Beach, Florida residence and say they have already returned anything unrelated to the investigation.

It's an aspect of the case that will almost definitely require a SCOTUS ruling. However, it certainly opens up an interesting line of questioning about why Trump never "mentally declassified" anything until it just so happened to be documents that he would get in trouble for possessing.

It could also be used to set a perjury trap if someone like Kash Patel flipped and is willing to testify that Trump did not believe these documents to be declassified.

The President is outside of the classification process, so not subject to it. So saying things like this person is willing to testify as to what Trump was thinking is just stupid since he can think anything he wants at any time since he is the one and only person outside of it all.

Now, all these other people who were never President are still subjected to the process, so I would focus more on them.
