All that jump twisting and spin is what team Obama has done, Hillary and Biden to keep themselves out of jail.

The declassification memo of what? Trump had hundreds of pages of documents with classified markings on them. All of which were seemingly unrelated.

Where is this mystical carte blanche declassification order that Trump made for all documents at MAL that investigators found have been aware of?

You can keep saying that all you want, but not even Trump's lawyers are making that claim.

By Any Means Necessary....BAMN

NARA has digital copies of all the Presidential Records that are classified or unclassified because of the PAPERLESS OFFICE MANDATE. Two separate networks are maintained. One for classified, one for unclassified. All the emails docs and work products are backed up. That why Hillary went off the platation and rolled her own, FFS. All documents, all everything are on one of these two networks. Even his phone calls are records. NARA has it all.

YOUVE BEEN LIED TO.

Imagine sending someone an email and then printing it out. Does that email printed on paper belong to you? The sillyness and hoops you thing Trump as POTUS should jump thru is mortifying. Nobody in the world except Trump is subject to that stupid law you think y'all have him on, and crow about. And the really sad thing is, you feel proud.

Trumps lawyers are stupid. See Guilianni and Cohen.

But you are saying that his lawyers should be saying that yeah, he technically did obstruct justice. Because the govt can victimize you twice and won't even bat an eye.

For the record. I don't like Trump. I wish he would just fade away. I don't believe he belongs in jail.

I will vote for him to keep Biden out, holding my nose. I can look at the charade the deep state has perpetrated, from a point of disgust.

That depends. Does the email pertain to company business/proprietary information? Then the company you work probably has a strong claim over that email and can sue you for ownership if they so choose.

Close. There are four men in the world subject to the PRA. Trump is the only one that refused to comply with it.

CFH could easily have a hundred pages. All declassified, but his copies still marked. Because he wrote the memo 3 days before leaving.

You don't know if they are unrelated or not. WaPo said unnamed sources said nuke secrets. Really?

How many copies of CFH material might he have had. He's kinda paranoid about that whole operation. Most victims of crime feel victimized and do things to protect themselves don't they? Particularly when victimized by the govt.

And you don't know if they are related or not. Yet you keep claiming it as fact and crafting narratives based off that.

The evidence we do have suggests these were just a random collection of classified documents.

As I've asked before, if you have evidence to the contrary, please provide it.

Different laws pertaining to classified and unclassified govt docs because the people own it all. It's not a proprietary business, which isn't going to sue you unless you give intellectual property to a competitors and you violate an NDA.
The act is the printing of an email and keeping as a souvenior of your employment. It would be a civil case not criminal and nobody would raid your house.

The PRA was written before digital copies of everything were kept. POTUS and VP. The only one govt has gone after is Trump, he rest have libraries. Any more laws in the US that only apply to 2 persons? It's STUPID.

The Espionage Act was written before there was a classification system.

Why is the govt using 2 arcane laws to go after Trump?

Why are you proud of this and defend it?

The current homicide law dates back to 1909. Should we let all murderers off the hook because the ability to kill people has changed over the past 115 years?

Witchcraft laws are still on the books in some places. A woman can be charged with witchcraft for wearing makeup in Mass. At least, it was that way until it was used back in the 60s to illustrate how laws never come OFF the books, but outlive their usefulness to the point of nonsense.

Why would anyone be a lawyer for Trump at this point?

After other lawyers were removed from the documents case for essentially warning Trump that what he was doing was illegal, Evan Corcoran was put in charge of the case.

It was Corcoran that performed the search for classified documents when Trump was subpoenaed and he was the one that drafted the letter to the DOJ that stated all documents had been turned over. Although he smart enough not to sign the letter.

Now we're learning that Corcoran was not permitted to search Trump's office for documents. He was told to only focus on the storage locker.

I think it's clear at this point that Corcoran was being setup to be the fall guy. Unfortunately for Trump, Corcoran takes detailed notes and now all the conversations they had about the documents are coming back to bite him in the ass.

It should be noted that Hugo Lowell is the same reporter that broke the story on Corcoran's notes a week ago. It certainly seems like he has an inside source on all things Corcoran.

It should be noted, law enforcement plants stories in friendly newspapers then uses the stories as evidence to obtain warrants.
It should also be noted that practice is illegal.

But there's no evidence of that occurring here. Investigators got their warrant months ago you might recall and are currently wrapping up their grand jury.

If law enforcement is involved, especially the doj or fbi, it’s all the evidence needed at this point.
It’s too bad law enforcement has abused its authority to this extent.

Also leaking grand jury information is a crime.
Interesting this illegal behavior isn’t investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law?

Do you have any evidence that it was just random collection of documents. Like just scooped up off his desk by GSA?
i.e. no intent? Which is it? Random or having real purpose and intent from Trump? You are now arguing BOTH sides.

Why haven't we seen pictures of the covers all spread out on the floor in the Biden garage? Oh, yeah....narrative.

Considering no one is claiming all of these classified documents were related, it would seem to indicate they are unrelated.

However, there is still intent. Trump knew he had the documents, he's said multiple times that he believes they belong to him, he had documents moved so they wouldn't be collected by investigators.

The pictures of the documents spread out comes from a court filing. Not only that, it was a case filed by Trump. So if Biden's case goes to court, we'll see if any crime scene photos are included in any filings.

Lack of information is lack of information, both ways. Whenever I point that out, you automatically default to whatever makes Trump look evil, Biden look angelic and claim to know this, when it's just speculation either way. Lack of knowledge does not default to your opinion.
