Plus India is getting twitchy as destabilised Pakistan is the last thing that they need. Everyone says Pakistan is a third-world #hole. But when the industrialized countries got rid of their old machine tools and sold them for the price of the scrap value. Pakistan lined up and took the lot. Their little workshops and the skill of the craftsmen would leave many Westerners in awe that they can rebuild anything is putting it lightly. So the West is left with a guy in a white coat programming a CNC lathe with a degree in electronics I would suggest that he would never keep up with guys in the real world that don't mind getting down and dirty.
