The Ukrainian conflict/war is all about oil & gas.

Guess who is in the talks as well? the great Halliburton.
I am sure those oil companies like Halliburton and others truly do care about returning the oil and money to the Ukrainian ecmocny i am sure of it.

Because Private US companies truly do care about Ukraine and its people.

Sadly, I have to take exception to one element of your OP.

To consider Halliburton a "private company" is a bit 'off.'

Halliburton is more like a small nation, or a large "state" within a nation. We are forgetting that there are several "global" business entities that are only "private companies" insofar as their 'protections'... but the magnitude of their activities affect millions of people across the globe.

Other than that... yeah... war never changes... profiteers, celebrities, politicians, social engineers... they all gather to exploit the damage and loot the bodies.

So that company is valued at 8 billion roughly. Even if we absorbed it, it wouldn’t be a tenth of what we’ve given them.

It’s also argued they would have lost in the early days without help.

Russia took all the assets in Crimea and have decimated other cities.

But again, the US is pilfering Ukraine while Russia is saving it.

It's one of the main reasons i think Russia went to war with Ukraine.

A lot of countries want to stop using gas and oil in the future and want to use more renewable energy for a sustainable future, they are going to need Ukraine's resources to make the switch though, especially if they stop with Russian resources.
