There is something called CERCLA, which stands for Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act.

It is in the news right now in relation to farming in the United States.

There is treacherous plundering going on.

Think Palestine, Ohio and dioxins "in need of clean-up."

Podcaster Tim Truth is on to this.

Care to give a synopsis of the issue?

Briefly explain the who what when where and why?

EPA cleans up orphan sites when potentially responsible parties cannot be identified or located, or when they fail to act. Through various enforcement tools, EPA obtains private party cleanup through orders, consent decrees, and other small party settlements. EPA also recovers costs from financially viable individuals and companies once a response action has been completed.

EPA is authorized to implement the Act in all 50 states and U.S. territories. Superfund site identification, monitoring, and response activities in states are coordinated through the state environmental protection or waste management agencies.

CERCLA is a law put on the books just like other laws that give the Federal government the appearance of legality and legitimacy.

We call it a take-over from within.

It is the Communist agenda we've been warned about by Soviet defectors in the past.

The agenda of globalists.

It is their modus operandi for their ultimate goal of World domination.

You’re declaring your conclusion without even giving what the law is, another user did that.

It's about driving people off their land using legal methods and threat of dangerous toxins so they sell off for pennies on the dollar and big investors swoop in to grab it up. Just a legal and institutional framework to facilitate the process.

The law is CERCLA; what is important for everyone to understand is that we're living in a dystopia where war is peace, etc., etc.

Think law is not law but criminality.

This is a conclusion we the people have to put together with our own two eyes observing the clown world we're living in.

From paralegal researcher Katherine Watt regarding our corrupt Federal government:

Means, motive and opportunity.

Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) programs established by Congress and President Clinton on Nov. 21, 1997 pretended to authorize the US Secretary of Health and Human Services and Secretary of Defense to illegally order illegal use of illegal chemical and biological weapons of mass destruction on all Americans and all the people in the rest of the world.

Other Transaction Authority (OTA) programs established by Congress and President Obama on Nov. 25, 2015 pretended to authorize SecDef and HHS Secretary to illegally contract with and pay criminal private corporations to illegally produce illegal weapons.

Do you believe that was the intent of the law? Or is it a side effect that’s happened on occasion?

Because it looks to be a kind of eminent domain.

If a company goes bankrupt and has an industrial area with contaminated soil, not only is it worthless, it’s slowly leaching into the community.

If it gets cleaned it can be repurposed.

So what do we do with the refinery in Philly that recently blew up? Just leave it for the sake of property rights?

Has it happened before in a corrupt locality where it’s a land grab? I wouldn’t doubt it. Is that the end all be all scope of the law? No.

Just like eminent domain often gets used legitimately, sometimes it gets used for nefarious reasons.

It goes both ways with the oil companies. Recently they got to use eminent domain to take land for a pipeline. I understand at the end people can benefit by cheaper energy, but those people only got appraised value to get a sliver taken away from them and their larger plot lose property value. They don’t get royalties, and the company gets all this cheap land to profit off of.

So what I’m seeing is a new trend where people want these large companies to have their cake and eat it too.

Hell, after the Ohio derailment I remember seeing a lot of people saying the federal government needed to pick up part or all of the tab for the cleanup effort.

Very intentional and planned for a long time. The biggest opposition faced by the NWO types is self-sufficient land owners who don't need or want any part of 15 minute cities or electric vehicles. They are impossible to convince but much easier to ruin. They don't even have to actually poison the land to do it; just make sure the EPA tests come back toxic and people will want to leave believing they have to or die from cancer in the near future. Between all the various Federal agencies they have the power to shut down any farm anywhere and this process has been ongoing for at least 40 years. Given the level of corruption within these agencies it doesn't take much financial inducement for them to obey the diktats of their globalist overlords.

I remember years ago reading about how the government would take over personal property by taxing people off their land. Last week, a coworker told me she recently received notice that their property value had DOUBLED. Just like that! No improvements etc and they've lived in the same place for 20 years. Rural land, farming all around as has been for hundreds of years.

So just like that their property is absurdly over valued which will increase their property taxes which btw also creeps up year after year. Not many people will be able to absorb the exorbitant tax hikes. Especially as they age and live off of Social Security and/or supplemental retirement incomes or the like.

And here we were all excited over a mere 25% increase in home value.

This was brought to light shortly after the eviction moratorium was lifted and landlords doubled, tripled and quadrupled rent to make up for lost revenue, just like so many said would happen. Property values skyrocketed and Biden ordered all property be reassessed, which reflected the temporary increase in value, so while property values quickly decline the new tax adjustments are based at the top of the curve.

It looked like a good way to price people out of ownership to me at the time, and even more-so now. Well played, Biden admin.....
