Massive 7.8 earthquake in Turkey

It’s being reported that a large 7.8 magnitude earthquake has hit in southern Turkey and was also felt over the entire region the last hour or so.
Many reports of collapsed buildings and widespread damage as far away as Syria and Lebanon.

CNN says it lasted a minute which is forever in earthquake time

multiple buildings collapsed hitting approximately 4 am local time

Isn't there usually another one that happens on the opposite side of the globe?
I wonder if there will be one, I think that I saw it mentioned somewhere that there is like a 6-8 hour delay between the first one any that propagate and appear at the other side. Not sure if it is true but if so, I wonder where that would end up.
