Anybody who thinks our voting system doesn't warrant a very close look hasn't been paying attention. Our election 'integrity' is broken; every Dem screams foul when Reps. win, and Reps scream foul when Dems win. That should be more than enough 'evidence' for BOTH parties to want FAIR, SENSIBLE change. The problem is, the two parties can't agree on what those changes shouls be, since it will take away the advantage to one party.
