Venezuela there might be serious problems for Desantis.

Did they go through proper channels ? No.
Are they illegal ? Yes .
Is Martha's Vineyard and that area a self - proclaimed Sanctuary City for illegals ? Yes.

So , where's the problem ?

They are starting to regret the lawsuit. Someone told them the truth. That if they win, they have to return to the overcrowded roach-infested shelters in Florida or Texas.

Were they tricked into coming all the way here too? This is a frivolous suit likely filed by an ambulance chasing lawyer on behalf of freeloading migrants.

Most of the ones coming over now are from Honduras. Central America in general. I also don't get how and why is there even a class action suit on behalf of people that shouldn't have come here illegally anyway.

Desantis is a Legend. There's only one way to fix this: he should definitely send more Venuzualian Prisoners to Martha's Vineyard.

If they want to sue Desantis, than impeach Biden. He's letting the whole dang cartel in, they're releasing prisoners from their prison system and sending them across our border and now Biden has started accepting terrorists! Exactly - the bleeding hearts have not had this crowd living right on their block, in their own neighborhood.
They are in for the shock of their lives, because these people bring their hovel style living with them, anyone driving through our area now is wondering 'What the heck happened here??'
And then you are stuck with them, all their demands have to be met, their kids are overwhelming and ruining our school system, they are a nightmare that their old country couldn't handle.

The question is, when and where did the misleading start? Wasn't the statement made that "America is open"? I guess its open as long as you come into some neighborhoods but not others.

There's now a reward to track down the woman accused of luring migrants onto a flight to Martha's Vineyard.

The woman who allegedly helped arrange migrant flights from Texas to Martha's Vineyard has been identified by CNN and the New York Times as Perla Huerta.  

However, no one seems to know where she is. 

CNN and the Times reported that Huerta is a combat medic and a counterintelligence agent who was discharged last month after serving 20 years in the U.S. Army.

She was allegedly sent from Tampa to Texas in order to fill the planes. One migrant said she offered him clothes, food and money to go find passengers.

The group offering the reward is also asking the Justice Department to investigate Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis over this incident.

If the majority were Mexican maybe not so much.

Venezuelans have temporary asylum seeker status in the US. To me that means they are protected.
Very few Mexicans have been granted aslylum.

I'm sure there were no progressive lawyers involved in "helping" these "abused" migrants file their class action. Free food, free lodging and free transportation, how exactly were they abused? Was Brandon and Hunter on the bus with them?

The migrants were lured with promises that turned out to be lies upon arrival - such as the prospect of housing and jobs, according to the migrants and Alianza Americas, an organization that advocates for immigrants' rights.

Can we sue for being tricked by the promise of housing and jobs?

Because I’ve heard that every four years for as long as I can remember.
