The MAGA movement was a machination of Trump. How can you denounce Trump and praise the movement he created in the same breath? DeSantis is yet another puppet. You don't get to where he is without playing ball.

Point 1; Trump does own the virus and response. On a federal level. States need to own this also, since all blue states shut everything down. You can't blame Trump for all the democrat governors who intentionally killed the elderly.

Point 2; The Biden administration is not inept. What they are doing is deliberate and intentional. They want to initiate a Command Economy instead of a Market Economy.

State and federal governments are filled with the same sort of people climbing the political ladder. They are working together ALL THE TIME. You play ball or you're kicked to the curb. Everything happened exactly as they drew it up. If Trump isn't in on it then he is an unwitting participant that seems to have done everything he could to further the agenda.

Get money out of politics. Thank Trump's campaign manager for helping to get Citizens United passed.

And how are you going to get money out of politics?

Money has just been a part of politics since . . . ummm. . . . forever.

The law, obviously. Create policy that punishes those who bribe our politicians and make our taxes fund people's campaigns instead of shady special interests.

You seem to have less of a solution than me. Trump did literally NOTHING to address the rot of the political corruption we see today and have seen for a while now. In fact, the man who ran his campaign is the one who made sure that the root grew that much deeper!

If you have such a concrete solution then run for office.

Now the argument has shifted to me not taking initiative. How far do you think I would get up the ladder by talking about my bosses being evil people?

Yep, he owns the poison, luckily he's not the one who had to answer for its distribution. Convenient.

Wow! What a solution! More laws! Who'd've thunk it?

Why hasn't anyone made any campaign finance laws in the United States yet!?

Trump set the policy with his appointments I mentioned in the OP. It still points towards him in SOME capacity.

Some but very little considering the false information and false advice he was getting from the planted and paid enemies inside the Administration who were groomed and recruited from college 😎

Yeah, so he was an unwitting participant. Begs the question why so many here think he's a genius playing 4D chess.

How does a "law" prevent bribery that challenges the "punishment" ?

Who makes the enforcement policies ?

Politicians create the laws. You think they're going to enact legislation against their own self interests?

My taxes were low, my border was secure and our military was far better off. Our foreign policies were better, inflation was low and gas didn't cost 6 bucks a gallon.

Was Trump perfect? No.

Did he make mistakes? Yes.

But I'd take Trump over Biden any day of the week.

Now you are starting to see why we're screwed with the current system. I wonder why we can't go back to pre-Citizens United, at least that's a LITTLE better than it is now, right? Trump's campaign manager disagrees, as do his advisors and the people he appointed to respond to the coronavirus.

Wow. Everything is everyone else's fault but Trump's even though he's at the center of all of it. How convenient.

So what makes you have any faith in the system at all? Why are you so invested if you know that it's unfixable? Why are you here defending the man who has enabled everything that has happened since the coronavirus?

All part of the illusion that you bought into to keep you from seeing the truth. Trump appointed the ones who came up with the strategy to destroy the economy, the effects of which we are seeing today.

You keep ignoring that fact. Blinders are on.

Show me where you've heard it because I haven't heard it anywhere. Link me to a discussion outlining exactly what I outlined in the OP.

Put your money where your mouth is. If you're going to insinuate that these aren't my original thoughts that I came up with then prove it. You seem to recall these other sources so vividly and immediately, cough them up.
