I was sad to see your stubbornly closed-mind about the realities of illumination and motion in space, and the genuinely-mindblowing visual consequences of these unearthly conditions.

Just two examples. You use the word 'materialize' when more likely the small nearby object just drifted out of the shuttle's own shadow and became sunlit. You do realize that the shuttle's shadow is being cast right out across the camera's field-of-view, don't you?

The 'flash' was a steering thruster firing [it's the plume material itself, not reflected light -- there's nothing in a vacuum to reflect it], just compare the force of the 1.2 second firing [as documented in the telemetry], to the enormous mass of the shuttle, and tell me how MUCH change in orientation you'd expect to see. If you do the math you'd realize the angle change is so minor it would take several minutes to be noticeable. But math may be hard for you -- you can fix that by study.

I don't hear him say that these 'snakes' are living things, just that other living things probably are somewhere out in space.

He uses the 'snakes' story to stress the unearthly nature of motion in zero-G, in undulating end to end since they're not fastened down to anything. The two snake-like objects were seen on his two missions when a large satellite had just been jettisoned from the payload bay, and as with ALL crew sightings of unexpected stuff nearby, potentially hazardous, NASA thoroughly examined and determined their likely sources. Would you believe their results or would showing you the report just be a waste of time?

can you prove to me that they don't know something or have footage of some anomalous phenomena they tucked away from the public?

what would suffice as proof for you?

as a group we do not have any sort of security clearance, there is no way i believe NASA doesnt have or even received images or video from other agencies of anomalies in space.

a top secret satellite or military project that would need to be 'suppressed' and due to the inherent secrecy afforded to secret or higher programs would mean that it would remain an unknown and unanswered by NASA for obvious reasons.

so in that case it would remain an unknown if it was seen by the public.

i believe that they have images of things at the time they could not or would not explain, it would be strange if they didnt.


unless you are saying NASA can put a label/explanation on everything they have documented.

I don't want to read about STS-48, I want to view the NASA film/video. When the subject was a hot topic there were many duplicates of the video on YouTube. Now, there is only this:


You can scroll down to the bottom and not find a mention. There is one STS-48 video "N.A.S.A. STS-48 Shuttle Discovery Original U.F.O. Footage" but all it shows are the same white "orbs" zooming into the darkness but no thrusters, ice, debris, etc. One "orb" even makes and almost 45-angle turn, at 1:15 from the bottom right.



But not all is lost. I remembered that some of my approx. 30 VHS videotapes contain UFO footage including, I think, yours and Dr Kasher's discussions. Without insulting you the score on the forums was you maybe 25%, Dr Kasher 75% (not reliable percentages as they are mine based on forums' discussions). I'll view the videos, use my digicam to make a recording off the tv, post them on YouTube and start new/old discussions. But it'll take me a while.

Nelson never saw a TV camera he didn't hunger to get in front of -- any reason, any topic, anywhere [even outer space]. He was a joke as an 'astronaut' [the crew's code name for him was 'ballast'], sweet but utterly clueless guy [unlike the other congressman-n-space who was a real a$$hole]. If a topic comes up that promises more funding, he's on top of it.

are you saying NASA can put a label on EVERY thing they have documented via film, video, radio, E.O, sat data etc.

NASA has been around for how long again ?? There is no way they can explain everything.

NASA for sure has documented secret military programs.

like you alluded to, Israel might be a better nation to discuses some of the things seen during SKYLAB

Funny, on p. 20 of my report it shows the daily crew activity plan and it shows the Supply Water Dump start time within 30 seconds of the zig-zag event. Do you need help reading that chart?
