Egotistical, self-serving, self-aggrandising and unfit for office.
Boris believes that the rules and laws that govern us don't apply to him.
I also get the impression that he genuinely believes he knows what is best for everyone and that he is a 'man of destiny' and that he was fated to rule and govern.

He and his colleagues represent everything that I truly detest and despise in this country.
They are representative of the amoral, corrupt and loaded system that they seek to exploit and maintain at all costs.

The truly frightening thing is that when I look around at our current crop of careerist politicians I see no obvious alternatives - gortex mentions Johnny Mercer; to be honest I know little about him, something I may need to rectify.

Our party political system is broken and no longer fit-for-purpose.
We need a radical overhaul of our electoral and parliamentary processes and procedures.

So he did commit a criminal offense and hence the fixed penalty fine.

You should be out on your arse Boris.

Simple as that really.

Famous for burning £50 notes in front of poor homeless sods with the rest of his chums if memory serves.

Not that he will admit such all the same.

Another headache for BoJo , Lord David Wolfson who has been serving as a justice minister for Johnson's government has resigned , not much of a problem on the face of it but when you consider David Wolfson is a barrister who has been working in the justice ministry for the last 2 years what he wrote in his resignation letter could be damaging.

"I have - again, with considerable regret - come to the conclusion that the scale, context and nature of those breaches mean thatit would be inconsistent with the rule of law for that conduct to pass with constitutional impunity".

That could cause him problems , especially from within his own party.

And so it begins. Is this the end of the road for Boris and some of his cronies?

The timing is impeccable with him so involved in the raging war...

Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak are to receive fixed-penalty notices for breaking Covid laws after a police investigation into Downing Street parties during lockdown, leading to calls for them both to resign.

The Labour leader, Keir Starmer, called on Johnson and Sunak to resign. “Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak have broken the law and repeatedly lied to the British public,” he said. There are also questions over whether Johnson misled parliament, as he told MPs in the Commons that all Covid rules were followed.

I guess the only question is who replaces them?

As for Keir Starmer, keep that man and his party as far away from power as possible.

Speaking as pretty much a lifelong Conservative voter, I won't vote for them again at the moment.

Starmer?

He was a rubbish head of the CPS but, for once, he is a credible Labour leader.

I just worry that if he did get in power, the swivel eyed Trots in the party might try a power grab.

They never go away.

I'm looking at you, Corbyn and (shudders) - Abbott.

Yuk!

So Boris and his gang all got £100 fines.

Meanwhile, there's been a few court cases lately where local landlords are getting prosecuted for breaking Covid rules.
These people are going to at best receive large fines and/or in most cases lose their businesses and livelihoods.

It #ing reeks to high heaven, hypocrisy and double standards.

Boris's team seem to be trying their best to trivialise it and to say that its imperative he remain at the head of government because he's vitally important to the fight against Russian aggression and with the economic upheaval we are facing.

Truly pathetic.
