Here's a reported sighting on a warship.

A US Navy warship was shadowed by two car-size balls of light that were unaffected by anti-drone weapons, it is claimed.

The USS Kearsarge is the latest vessel to have reportedly had a UFO encounter as the US military begins to open up about the mysterious phenomena.

Documentary filmmaker Dave C. Beaty — who produced 2019 film “The Nimitz Encounters” about the famous 2004 US Navy encounter with the “Tic Tac” object — revealed the reported sighting from October 2021.

At least two objects are said to have lurked near the 40,500-ton amphibious assault ship for several nights while it was on a training exercise off the East Coast of the US.

The phenomena — described by sources familiar with the encounter as odd and menacing “balls of light” — are said to have been following around half a mile behind the ship and around 200 feet above the ocean.

Here's a mock up of what happened.

The part of the article that shows the horrible effect that paid debunkers and pseudoskeptics have had on research and exploration of these things.

Defense insiders, intelligence officials, senators and former presidents have all gone on record admitting there is an unexplained something in the skies.

“So what once were UAP sightings that were ignored or never logged, today more service members are reporting them, this leads to the indications that more are being observed,” Beaty told the Sun Online.

He added that the stigma around reporting these strange events is breaking down.

Beaty said: “In the past, it was much worse. Officers would actively avoid reporting or speaking about cases of UAP, as the fear of career suicide was very real.

“Also landing a job with a commercial airline after the military was a concern. Not wanting to report or speak about UAP encounters was a given.

Just think of how much progress would have been made if some of our brightest minds could explore and research these areas without ridicule. This goes for many things labeled Psi or the paranormal.

What's so wrong with saying there's an anomoly, let's research it with an open mind and wherever it leads, it leads.

To act like paid debunkers have all of the answers when we're a type 0 civilization that has barely explored our own backyard has had a chilling effect on the exploration and pursuit of knowledge.

You’re right when you say that people being closed minded in these areas has been awful. I use to see people hiding their face and they were simply talking about their experience but they were scared that they would be mocked.

I bet there are lots of people that believe, including me.. and I love reading about it.
But what I learned is that there is a select group of people here on earth that have insight in this.
And somehow they decided we the people are not allowed to know what they know.
Perhaps of some deal, perhaps someone forced them, perhaps the need 2 know people are the ones that made them.

Iinteresting that there is no mention of what colour they were.

The one I saw about 30 years ago in a Welsh forest was Orange.

Yeah...the navy knows damn well what they are. Orange i bet or whitish yellow. Nitric oxide's a hell of a thing.

Youre right the close minded are the ones that never figure out what these things are.

I don't know, I've been experimenting a bit with this concept... It seems conscious beings can use their consciousness to have some 'steer' on how exactly reality will unfold at that certain moment... We seem to have some form of control over the certain atmosphere and the persons who create the specific atsmosphere... And it seems by constantly projecting thoughts to some people you wish to change their approach to you, you can in fact to some extent have some mindcontrolling effect on the crowd at the time...

What if it's just some simple trick like something like that? And most people don't know they can actively use their mind to have some more grip at situations that tend to unfold.
And they are always aware of it, and know the technique very well, so basically...

It would imply, most people are being run in this matrix. Because, even though they may not experience real bad luck... We regular people will ofcourse, never experience the ''luck' we perceive others to have, whilst it's just clever manipulation and it it's not too hard to continously manifest the doors you wish to go through... This is methaphorically... Where a regular person will experience resistance in random situations that don't contribute to anything you would desire... they will automatically have the path of least resistance to their goal.

The most efficient road, with all obstacles that are avoidable being avoided... Could be, no ?

Star and Flag for you! This is why I love ATS! These things can disarm our weapons, for gosh sake.

There is no way these are human made. These craft have been doing these things long before we even had jet propulsion craft.

I have seen both orange and 'sun' colored balls of light. One was at night, the other during the day , but in a location where the sun wouldn't be. I at first blew that one of as 'the sun ' and looked down, but when I looked up again a few minutes later it was gone. Wish I had taken a photo, I actually used my phone to zoom in , but then still decided it was probably the sun

Thank you for posting. I feel that we have entered a time where UAP encounters won’t be automatically dismissed.

You would wonder if the navy would start investing more of the coasts for bases of operation. Underwater in particular.

I saw an orange tic tac shaped UFO back in 2019 while living in Southport NC. I was less than a mile from an Army ammo depot and a nuclear power plant. I reported it to MUFON and they couldn't explain it either. It was completely silent and had no wings, tail or contrail. I managed to take several pictures before it disappeared.

I see, a bit like a cat with a laser pointer, except in this case, the navy runs away.

Lurking for "several nights" and no video or pics?????? Not even after months? Because apparently this happened last fall.

Sure, I believe them....NOT. Just drumming up business as usual.

The New York Post reports how Dave C. Beaty—the director behind the 2019 movie, “The Nimitz Encounters,” which covers another strange Navy-UFO moment—unveiled this information during an interview with the U.S. Sun Online that was published on Monday.

The same Post article continues to describe how Beaty tells the story of how the warship—the USS Kearsarge—was followed by at least two “car-sized” orbs for several nights, both of which were tagging behind the ship by roughly half a mile and 200 feet above the ocean.

These UFOs were also supposedly filmed by the ship’s crew, although the footage has not been released (yet).

The one we saw (was with friend) was about the size of a basketball, rose up out of ferns in the forest, slowly accelerated right and continued rising, then disappeared into thin air after travelling about 20 feet left to right.

It was about 15 feet away.

Not scary, just strange.

Sir,

would you explain something to me?

Why all the fuss about the Green Lady?

Why does that even come up in conversations
about 'UFOs' except in the case of a simple
misidentification?

Hypersonic uap, ram-jet breathers, liquid
oxygen varianets, etc.

Useful enough stuff if you are discussing
military hardware.

But why all the mysterious nudge nudge
wink wink talk in UFO forums about such
mundane matters?

Great points and it's about time. The ani-intellectual debunkers and pseudoskeptics really hurt the exploration of knowledge. When a person is so scared of ridicule that they can't simply talk about what they experienced that's horrible.

It is.

My wife asks me not to divulge my identity in public any longer
(I once did), as disagreeing with various people's theories
sometimes causes them to wish to blast your brains out with
a shotgun.
