It appears the parents of the Oxford shooter - Ethan Crumbley, are on the run.
This comes after charges were announced today on the parents of four counts of Involuntary Manslaughter.

There is a BOLO - Be on the Look Out for the parents, state wide right now.

The parents were staying at a hotel.
They pulled out $4000 from an ATM and have disappeared.

This is recently breaking.
Please add more if you have heard anything else.

Something REAL fishy about this whole story.

Just a few things are oh-so convenient and deflecting away from "other" similar stories.

All too perfect and in just the right places 😃

In the first video I posted, the Prosecutor explains why.

But the long and short of it - Unsafe storage of the fire arm that was used for the murders - just sitting in a drawer, easy access to Ethan. And that gun owners - being the parents, had a responsibility and they failed to be responsible for that gun.

ETA: The kid was caught in class looking up Ammo for the gun on his phone. The school told his parents. The mother texted the kid "LOL im not mad at you. You just have to learn how to not get caught" - referring to getting caught looking up Ammo in class.

They were not on the run. They left the area after the shooting. The prosecutor never told them they needed to turn themselves in. As soon as their lawyer talked to them, they indicated they were heading back to face charges. They are by no means fugitives from the law.

This is total drama being whipped up my law enforcement because the parents and kid refused to cooperate with the initial investigation. They demanded a lawyer first before talking to anyone.

Well we know if it was a black kid he would be out on bail right now and have an excuse like he was bullied.

Ok.

Why would they leave knowing their kid is detained?

Something stinks.

Perhaps your correct.

But at this time, communication from their lawyer and the police has been futile.
The lawyer claims to of been trying to get ahold of the 2 parents but they're not answering the phone.
So at this time - since the police cant contact them.
Since the Lawyer cant get ahold of them.
Pulling out the $4000. from the bank.
They are being considered on the run.

They will be paraded out on national TV as an example on why the general public cannot be allowed to have guns namely because they are too irresponsible and a threat to freedom and democracy therefore all guns should be banned and only police or military or politicians' private security can be trusted with guns.

If A minor child commits a crime with a weapon procured from home the parents should be charged with the same crime, IMO.
There is NO reason for a child to have access to firearms. That's not responsible gun ownership by anyone's standards.

Our govenor already faces an uphill battle next year.

Messing with the 2A in Michigan will be the end of her office tenure.

However that doesn't stop a national outcry.

Compare: If you break into a home with a buddy and your buddy gets shot and killed, you get charged with the murder of your buddy.

With this: In this case the most they can charge the parents is involuntary manslaughter. 2 years max. 4 counts each is 8 years if they run consecutive. Yet the parents or at least one of them is/are the primary reasons this happened.

It seems to me we could pass a law (easily) where if your kid gets ahold of a gun and murders someone, you get the murder charge too. I don't see why that is so hard to understand? Am I wrong here in that thinking?

Petty drama on law enforcement side I think. I could be wrong but the cops are pissed that the parents refused to let their kid talk to them without a lawyer. The parents told the cops no, so now they are going to make it as difficult on them as they can. Not that I pity the parents in this case but cops do not like the word no. Cops just look petty here.
