No, you don't need miners if the total supply is fixed and set upon inception. As i said one token for each eligible citizen.

The number crunching and proof of work could be done by several independent nodes which would verify the votes for the receiving candidates address.

You're starting to sound like those "the fundamentals of the economy are strong" folks back in late 2007... or Baghdad Bob who swore Baghdad was secure and no American troops were in Iraq while an M1 Abrams tank rolled over a wall behind him.

Nothing to see here, right?

I wonder what happens when you prop up a stock market with 5 trillion dollars of freshly printed dollars.....

Apparently "meat gets a little pricier and gas up and down like always" or so says the man imitating Baghdad Bob...

Nothing when that $5T created $25T in wealth.

Just curious from someone overseas. It does seem like this will lead to a Military command to briefly interfere with the political landscape?

Any takes on this with a call of the National Guard yet in D.C. ?
imo , yes just unsure when , but within 5 years at this point. Done on purpose too , by are 'dear leaders'
First they collapse the country and economy, and then they come 'to the rescue with a great reset ' NWO

That "wealth" was only "created" because the value of the dollar has plumetted and assets have scaled in response and very likely in preparation for the global reserve currency to move away from the dollar.

You didn't create anything. Speculation of an at will asset isn't wealth creation.

No America is not on the brink of collapse. A military coup will not occur. This may feel like a banana republic, but it is not.
Marx himself if you want any country to become communistic, first you bring in socialism. We are seeing that now with the recent stimulus checks, rent moratorium, and unemployment benefits, even though there's plenty of work.

Is America at the brink of collapsing

Right now , the situation reminds me of the TV series "The Last Ship" .

Sorry to say I've never heard or watched that TV series. What did I miss?

The Red Plague.
And one helluva series .

That couldn’t be more wrong but you can keep believing it if you’d like.

The Fed tracks this stuff in case you ever wanted to wise up.

Here is the wealth creation:

www.federalreserve.gov...

Here’s a nice chart to track the actual Dollar Index. Select your time table:

www.marketwatch.com...

Ipso Facto: Markets at all time high, wealth at all time high, with a stronger than in the past 4 years. Everybody SHOULD be better off than ever before. Anybody who isn’t missed out and is pissed off because they spent too much time obsessed with internet drama while the world passed them by.

And just like a TV show, every five minutes we have to hear a message from the Pharmaceutical Industry. The notion of America collapsing is kind of an interesting topic though. Would state become self ruling territories or would they form alliances that resembled a Constitutional America?

....yea....about that.

I don't think you have any idea what you're talking about.

Keep telling yourself that as the world moves along.

Considering I can collateralize these assets, take the money, compound, and repeat….

Yeah I’d say wealth creation is at an all time high.

The Fed would also agree. I suspect they chart and understand monetary policy a little bit better than most.

Ever watch the series ?
There is a good amount of parallel with today's world.
And it will answer those questions

You clearly don’t understand what’s happening.

Again, wealth creation at all time highs. Markers moving higher and higher month after month. Big business recording record profit month after month.

Nobody cares about the money supply when velocity is in the tank.

The fact that demand is outpacing goods, while prices are inflating, tells you everything you need to know.

The economy is literally ripping right now and markets are breaking records month after month, but small brains think the sky is falling.

There is a reason why this has left people behind. They’re not smart enough to keep up.

OK, Mr. Moneybags... next I suppose you're going to tell us you personally make millions of dollars a year in this economy. We can't have two Baghdad Bobs in the same thread, it's confusing... you wanna go by Tokyo Rose or Comical Ali?

What exactly does that mean? Care to elaborate?

Considering I can collateralize these assets, take the money, compound, and repeat….

Sure, short term if you are in a position to make those investments and of course pay your capital gains tax.

Yeah I’d say wealth creation is at an all time high.

Again, short term or to put it in simple terms, bleeding a dead horse.

The Fed would also agree. I suspect they chart and understand monetary policy a little bit better than most.

What are the Feds rates again currently?

It'll collapse if Joe follows through and gets half the country fired.

The shipping problems are going to get worse, because Gavin Newsome is drunk on power in CA, and stupid. Friday, no more independent truckers in CA and ships are already backed up 80 deep in Long Beach.

It seems the democrats in charge are trying their hardest to bring on the pain.

It’s pretty accurate I’d say.

If you didn’t have your net worth increase 7 figures since the pandemic started, you've been left behind. Most of those people then take to the internet to complain about how bleak the future is, while the rest laugh and wonder how those people don’t have a clue.
