I've got a private let myself Itisnowagain, bloody expensive, but worth it to stay out the housing schemes and get a garden.

As its not much of a life for the kids cooped up and stacked together in shoebox tenements or high-rise flats.

Good luck with your new neighbours.

Tell me about it. LoL

Im 46 now, our last mortgage went breasts up with the recession of 08/09.

I could get another by now, but not at an affordable rate, so renting's pretty much my only option.

Canny complain to much, the world is what it is.

A new record for a single day was set on Wednesday as 853 migrants were rescued or intercepted.

The arrival tally eclipses the previous daily record of 828 set in August, according to data compiled by the PA news agency.

More than 21,000 migrants have made the crossing to the UK so far this year - more than double the total for the whole of 2020.

In 2019, Home Secretary Priti Patel promised to make migrant crossings an "infrequent phenomenon" by spring 2020and then pledged in August last year to "make this route unviable".
