And when is the magic moment?

What difference is there between the 24 week old premie in the NICU that everyone agrees is a baby (likely including you), and the one still inside its mother's womb. That second one can be freely terminated/murdered in many places if mommy decides he or she is inconvenient.

Killing one is murder, but the other is a "choice" because it's mommy's body. Let's not talk about the baby though.

Some people forget that centrists are still a thing for the most part. I know the argument was meant to play off of some members beliefs, but there's a lot of us that are anti-mandate and anti this particular vaccine that are 100% pro-choice.

the covid virus MUTATES and has mutated for hundreds of years.

the vaccine (again read closely and caped for your ease/emphasis) CANNOT PREVENT SOMEONE FROM CATCHING IT or eradicating it from nature.

so as the seseme street lesson that almost every four year old understands.. "one of these things is not like the other"

so what your claiming that this ruling justifies

Actually, we'd prefer women to understand that sex has consequences, so they shouldn't do it if they don't want to get or aren't ready to get pregnant, but if they do, then they shouldn't punish the baby for that. There are options that do not involve them raising the child that also don't involve the child having to die.
