Your going to agree with a member that often calls news pundits terrorists that should be murdered only because he doesn't agree with what they say a good member.
Take a hard look at what you are about.

There was a whole summer of arson and sacking of cities, how many rioters were shot?

More than 2,000 law enforcement officers were injured in the first weeks of protests over the summer following the police killing of George Floyd, according to a report released in October.

www.foxnews.com...

There was a precedence set last summer.

Who was unarmed Ashli Babbitt a threat to to warrant the shooting? Why was she the only person shot?

My two theories.

One. Some politician had clarified material in area not rated to hold the secret material. On of the items that warrant deadly force. And this was swept under the rug.

Two. Some politician gave an unlawful order to shoot no matter the circumstance. And this was swept under the urge.

Ok then with that point of view all those stupid protest that burned private property should be cool with you?
Also keep in mind the "USA" is just a corporation in place to safe guard the fifty states.
Some deep reaserch could be past due for ya.

Sorry. "Deep research" is not my thing.

Instead of researching, I prefer carrying out missions.

You keep researching and sharing your knowledge on ATS. I'm sure more appreciate it than you realize.

Your ability to stand for what you believe is not unnoticed on my end.
And how you can resolve anything is astounding even if I disagree.

Seeing the Media and Democrats attack President Trump 24/7/365 for 4 years, converted me into a radical.

Unlike pre-2017, I now find myself having to use restraint on ATS, when describing what I'd like to see happen, and make happen.

How does not standing for the abuses by the intelligence agencies and the corruption and lies of the main stream media equate to being radical?

This drove home how far the USA has gone down the crapper.

Oprah was on it for a minute, bought lots of billboard space for Taylor, but that was months ago.

I see these two deaths as an opportunity to come together, not just for police brutality, but as a way for eyes to open and see it's not R vs D or white vs black but as us vs them.

You're a veteran of ATS, surely you know how to slip me some links of CWM making comments that encourage you to compare him to a murderer. Who was Independent, by the way, not Republican.

I patiently await those links. Thanks in advance.

OK, I do remember reading that earlier, and I did wonder what was meant.

And I agree with you completely about not wanting anyone to get hurt.

But war drums ARE beating. The Left, as in BLM, only have so much patience from the Right and the nonaffiliated left to abuse. If Capitol Hill don't intervene, a civil war will happen. How could it not?

And that's me being as honest and forthcoming as I can be.

I don't want America to become what I have seen happen around the world.

She died during the conduct of a felony.

He died on the ground with a cop on top of him, she died on her feet trying to break through a baricade.

Not much in common here.

She wasn't alone, she was unarmed, and they were escorted in by Capital Police.

There's video of what happened. I don't see how you come to that conclusion.

Too many unanswered questions for me. But I do think she was unjustly murdered, and if it WAS justified then why hasn't the cop been named.

And if the election was legit, why try to stop the audits.

The Left likes to close the door on Schitt real quick, without any TRUE investigations. Unless it's regarding Trump. Then the FBI works triple time.

Sigh....

Laws About Counterfeit Money

According to federal law, crimes involving counterfeit currency are felonies; they carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, as well as a fine. The maximum punishment is the same, regardless of the defendant’s relationship to the counterfeit money. In other words, the court could sentence you to 20 years in prison, whether you produced the counterfeit money, attempted to spend it, or simply were caught with the fake money in your possession.

It is sad to witness the utter lack of critical thinking and inability to question the poison narratives instilled by MSM.

George Floyd, the hero.

Ashli Babbit, the villain.

Note. You is not you. Post is recycled.

Let’s list facts.

We have no security footage.

We have no logs or transcripts from the security command center.

You claim the lawmakers were in immediate danger, and feared being physically assaulted, yet no response team was called to deal with “Babbitt’s mob”. But there was communication with someone that told the law enforcement standing face to face with Babbitt to stand down. And a reaction team with rifles was routed to escort the officers told to stand down. You would think the priority would be routing the reaction force with rifles to the lawmakers if your supposed claim the lawmakers were in immediate danger from Babbitt.

So there is no explanation why law makers supposedly in immediate danger from “Babbitt’s mob” could not call for support. And the law enforcement acting as a human shield face to face with Babbitt were stood down.

With no explanation why the lawmakers did not receive priority protective oversight, and why there was no “eyes” on them to monitor the situation in the age of cell phones and digital surveillance.

Oh. Was there a call by any of the law makers or the person that shot Babbitt for additional support to the capital police command center since you insist they were in immediate danger.

People were assaulted that day with no lethal force applied? But Babbitt with no evidence of actually physically assaulting anyone was shot dead.

The Officers face to face with Babbitt were able to stand down and move away without being physically assaulted.

Babbitt clearly had no weapons in her hands.

Her hands were clearly visible.

Her hands were encumbered.

The two officers on the other side of the door opposite Babbitt made no attempt to repel or detain Babbitt as she was at her must vulnerable while climbing through the window.

You claim she was a threat because she had a backpack. Not any different than a person wearing a jacket.

People are arrested everyday with backpacks without being shot.

Babbitt never reached for her backpack when shot.

The shooter never made the command for Babbitt to remove the backpack.

The officers literally standing face to face with Babbitt did not seem too concerned with the backpack, those in command did not seem too concerned with Babbitt, and the order was given to stand down.

You claim the shooter had to shot towards the ceiling. Claiming what? Babbitt raised up full body while climbing over? The shot should have landed body mass center. But hit the neck? Which probably indicates Babbitt was in more of a crawling position when going through the window. Her head and neck in the way of targeting body mass center.

The whole think stinks...

There is the factor of wierd happenings at the capitol that day. Extra security denied even after the fbi's warning. Very suspect.

However, I don't see the family winning this one. Climbing through barricades into a capitol building is not very smart.

Saying that it's okay to rush the capitol building because a group disagrees with their actions is a path to chaos.

Does OP sincerely question if the capitol policeman had opportunity to detain her instead of shoot according to the laws. Or is OP writing this out of bias?

Do we even know what department the person that shot Babbitt was from with verification?

She was shot after law enforcement walked away from her, weapon less, encumbered climbing over obstacles, with no effort to detain her, while other people were assaulted at the Capitol with no response of lethal force.

What made Babbitt’s case different to use lethal force? To be drawn on and shot?

Good question. It does sound like the policeman had the chance to use non lethal actions. However, if there is a law that capital police can shoot intruders, then im afraid her family has no legal discourse.

This case is also much different than Breanna Taylor's case. The woman chose to force her way past police barricades. While it does sound like police should have tried restraints first, she was out of her mind to think it was a good idea.

Mob mentality i guess.

Oh hell no man. Her family should receive a good lesson on common sense.
When you storm the capital and those doors are barricade maybe best not continue.
But hey if you think that's ok to do then go do it.
She got what she had coming.

By that argument, so did George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.
